I have been to multiple Charley's and had very good experience in the past. However, this one didn't meet expectations. The meat was too finely cut, the sandwich was cold, the onions and green peppers were too raw.

Always hot and fresh made right in front of you. They now have wings with special prices on Mon & Tues. Clean place to eat in with awesome prices.

It has been over a month since I reached out to Charley’s to respond to my initial complaint, so I will post it here. Approximately a month ago, the cashier decided to tip himself using my card by not giving me the option to tip and pressing the 25% tip button himself. Not great, and even worse the company can’t even respond to me about the issue. Not exactly a trust worthy business.

First and last time coming here. Although the food was decent, a bit pricey for what I received. Plus, I don't like my wings fried hard. But I really enjoyed the fries!

Very good service, very friendly people, the french fries were too salty, the bacon was also salty, the sandwich is not that bad but it lacks flavor. And the wings look like chicken tenders.

This is a weekly lunch spot for me. Food is always fresh/hot and quick. Always get some sort of cheesesteak or chicken cheesesteak fries and a drink. Have tried there bbq wings as well, very good. Staff is friendly and space is clean and plenty of seating. Love the classic cheese steak with the cheese whiz.
