Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

We stopped in on Sunday, 11/30 while traveling into Columbus. We ordered 3 meals to go and only received 2 of our 3 meals. We were in the car back on the road before we realized our 3rd meal was missing. The pop machine was low on carbonation so our drinks were flat and the ice machine wasn’t working.

My Philly Cheese Steak meal was the best philly cheese steak I have ever had. It was DELICIOUS! This was my first time to a Charleys and I immediately looked up locations in Missouri to see if there are any near me. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was so clean.

The young lady who was the cashier had an attitude while I was ordering. Like I was bothering her. Then, they let my food sit for a few minutes after it was done, before telling me it was done. It got lukewarm. And then I had to show them my receipt to convince them I ordered a drink… The cashier who placed my order didn’t even believe me. I don’t think anyone really spoke English, which is fine. But That was a crazy experience. I don’t think
I’ll be going back there. They don’t care about their customers, and it shows.

Update: I’ve been back multiple times since I made this initial review and they’ve really taken cared of me! I appreciate it, and I hope everyone gets quality service too when they visit this location! It has gotten better 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The subs are really good, the wings and fries were alright. The fries were kind of soggy and I could tell they were not fresh. I would stick to getting a sub from here. The staff were very friendly though and my order was done very quickly!
