Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

My Philly Cheese Steak meal was the best philly cheese steak I have ever had. It was DELICIOUS! This was my first time to a Charleys and I immediately looked up locations in Missouri to see if there are any near me. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was so clean.

The young lady who was the cashier had an attitude while I was ordering. Like I was bothering her. Then, they let my food sit for a few minutes after it was done, before telling me it was done. It got lukewarm. And then I had to show them my receipt to convince them I ordered a drink… The cashier who placed my order didn’t even believe me. I don’t think anyone really spoke English, which is fine. But That was a crazy experience. I don’t think
I’ll be going back there. They don’t care about their customers, and it shows.

Update: I’ve been back multiple times since I made this initial review and they’ve really taken cared of me! I appreciate it, and I hope everyone gets quality service too when they visit this location! It has gotten better 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The subs are really good, the wings and fries were alright. The fries were kind of soggy and I could tell they were not fresh. I would stick to getting a sub from here. The staff were very friendly though and my order was done very quickly!

I haven't been to a Charley's in a few montha but was really craving the teriyaki chicken. Got a normal sized sandwich, the mozzarella sticks, and a drink.

The amount of ingredients on the sandwich have definitely been reduced. I think I got maybe 4 slivers of onion and barely enough chicken to cover the bread. I couldn't taste the mayo because there was one drop.

The mozzarella sticks were bad. No seasoning (not even salt) and the breading was thick and covered the taste of the cheese up. I ended up ripping them up to harvest the mozzarella from the weird thick crust.

Place was clean. Music was very loud. I'm honestly disappointed. I'm still hungry which has never happened here before. I usually take half of my sandwich home but there was barely any food to eat. I spent $16 on this. Not coming back.

The food was amazing nice and hot and workers made sure to check that we had a great experience. I would go back just for that same service very nice people!
