Every time I go to pick up food at this Chipotle they are out of something. Either the vinaigrette or this last time the fajitas. This is troubling because I look forward to getting my burrito the way I like to eat it but this just doesn’t happen lately.

my boal came half empty this is what it looked like after i mixed it up a bit, barely any barbacoa in sight . rice was undercooked a bit and the meat was raw ???

Nobody that works at this location knows how to wrap a burrito I haven’t been to this location in months and they still suck

This chipotle has been on a steady trajectory to being awful . If you order online it’s hit or miss if it’s your order or some ladies order named Brenda with a chicken quesadilla. Every time you walk in the staff acts like they hate their life. Leave your job if you hate it, some words of advice. The quality of the food is inconsistent. More times than not the rice isn’t cooked right , and the meats seem “off” and the portions aren’t what they use to be, yet you pay close to $30 for 2 meals! Overpriced crud. It’s not worth it and I won’t be back despite living a stones throw away. Good luck Heath chipotle employees . Y’all need inspired.

Food is fine, but it is very awkward to go here because only some of the employees work and others stand there like it’s a construction site and everyone has their own trade. The customers openly remark on how some employees just stand there and then the employees hear them but don’t respond. It’s too awkward for me. I just want a burrito.

The last two experiences at the heath chipotle have been awful. After the first experience I vowed to never go back, but I thought I’d give them another chance as everyone is entitled to a bad day. This second experience put the nail in the coffin. It is apparent that asking for double or extra anything is very bothersome to the staff. But they sure make an effort to charge you for the additional pieces. To make matters worse, the female on toppings rolled her eyes and huffed because I asked for the salsa after the lettuce which is 3 containers away. Bedside manner of this staff is very poor and it cannot be chalked up to isolated experiences. While I can sympathize with the high volume of customers, I cannot excuse the lack of respect and basic decency.
Food was good as always!! But store was very dirty!!!! Food all over the floor, trash hanging out of the can and tables were gross.

TRASH! I ordered a burrito. They are out of burrito shells. Tried the tacos. Guess what? Out of taco shells too. They are always out of shells or chips. This store is GARBAGE. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT! Last time I was in the store it was FILTHY.

I thought I’d give Chipotle another chance. Apparently my expectations weren’t low enough. The place was a mess. There were at least three other ingredients floating in the sour cream because the employees aren’t careful. The chicken was dry and the rice was clumpy. Just not a good experience.

The food is the same which is usually good anywhere. The restaurant is a dirty mess. Customers has to go get towels to clean off the tables before they could eat. Nobody cares about the place being a mess just shoving customers through the line.

Listen. I’m never ever this guy. But every employee seems to be training, and I walked into the seating area and EVERY TABLE was absolutely disgusting. Food and trash all over the place. I went up to the gentleman at Tue register, just to give him a heads up. And he looked at me and say “I haven’t had time” with a rude tone. I’m never that guy to do this or put a bad review but this was unacceptable. And I just walked away.

My order arrived on time. However, I received someone else’s order. There was no way to contact a human to get it corrected. I had to go through the chatbot. They credited my wallet with a free entree. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my lunch because I had to pay another 10 dollars for delivery. Someone should have brought me my order. I will not use the app again.
