Alittle messy ..went through drive-thru got two small cones both were wrong wanted chocolate got vanilla..so gave those back got the correct cones but when he handed me my cone which was chocolate ice cream dip in chocolate his hand and my cone was covered in chocolate syrup..not very professional..PS food is not made fresh its frozen

The order was correct everything was good. I did ask for a carrier 3 times with no luck. Then the kid didn’t even do the blizzard flip on either blizzard. If I wasn’t in a hurry and it was just to hot to make a big deal about it.

The person that took my order was clearly angry. And when I went to the window to pay and get my order that same person was so nasty and rude that it makes me wonder why they are even working in the service industry. I understand that people can have a bad day, but to treat someone as terrible as she did that wasn't even being mean or difficult is ridiculous. All I did was order my blizzards and she was nasty with me. I've been to a lot of different fast food restaurants over the years but that interaction takes the whole cake. It was beyond ridiculous and left me without words.

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food and this was my 4 piece chicken basket. Not even a handful of fries. Only 3 tenders and one piece of burnt toast and I didn’t get my extra ranch for any of it

Chicken Tenders might as well be chicken nuggets. Used to be good. Overrated, and over priced at this point.
It was very dirty, and the employees were wiping the ice cream machines down and then just throwing the towels below the counter, and the manager was going along and picking up all the dirty towels. The drive-thru line moved very slow, and the employees were not very friendly. They got our order wrong. We ordered only two things and it took them 10 minutes. I was not very happy with the service that we received.

Drive thru,gave us drinks we did not order,got a runny over the cup flurry with no lid, asked for another one and it was runny, handed the lid out the window,no gravy with chicken,fries and toast.Employees was rude and laughing!I will not be back!!!I will go to a small business Dairy Bar!!!

So husband got us all cupcakes from there usually never have a bad experience there but when I was eating the cupcakes the icing on top was nothing but like royal blue whipped covered plastic wrapping/ Saran wrap. Luckily this wasn't my kids and just mine but it was absolutely covered in icing but once it was rinsed off it was a big wad of plastic!!! Choking hazard so shame shame.
