I placed a mobile order this evening at this location and everything was hot and ready on time. One cannot say that about so many places in this area. I went in the store to pick up the order and was asked at least four times if I had been helped. Whoever the manager was this evening had everything under control and running smoothly. I will continue to order front his location.

Alittle messy ..went through drive-thru got two small cones both were wrong wanted chocolate got vanilla..so gave those back got the correct cones but when he handed me my cone which was chocolate ice cream dip in chocolate his hand and my cone was covered in chocolate syrup..not very professional..PS food is not made fresh its frozen

The order was correct everything was good. I did ask for a carrier 3 times with no luck. Then the kid didn’t even do the blizzard flip on either blizzard. If I wasn’t in a hurry and it was just to hot to make a big deal about it.

The person that took my order was clearly angry. And when I went to the window to pay and get my order that same person was so nasty and rude that it makes me wonder why they are even working in the service industry. I understand that people can have a bad day, but to treat someone as terrible as she did that wasn't even being mean or difficult is ridiculous. All I did was order my blizzards and she was nasty with me. I've been to a lot of different fast food restaurants over the years but that interaction takes the whole cake. It was beyond ridiculous and left me without words.
