There's only one bad thing there's a guy named Steve there that can't make a pizza consistent. The pizzas are always different when he makes them and he's afraid to put sauce on the pizza even if you order extra. I don't know he just makes things difficult even when checking out. He always shorts you on something no matter how hard you try to get that perfect Pizza. Very strange.

Love the build your own pasta bowls and, of course, my thin crust pepperoni ,pineapple pizza. The sweetness of the pineapple 🍍 with the pepperoni 🍕 just hits the spot 😋 Being able to make my kind of pasta bowls is great. Alfredo sauce, chicken,roman tomato 🍅 green pepper 🫑 yummy 😋, but tonight there was no chicken, so I put in some bacon 🥓 instead. Fingers crossed 🤞

I had always ordered from here for years and the girl put my order in over the phone and then told me,they do not deliver here.This was the night of the OSU Championship game and 2 of my neighbors was told the same thing.Domino's lost 3 orders!I talked to the mgr and he didn't care!I am supporting Local Business tonight!I am sorry Domino's!

I ordered delivery to my hotel room. It took them almost an hour and a half and when I got it, it was lukewarm at best and it looked like someone literally sat on the box. I called and complained and spoke to Reed. He apologized and asked if I wanted more food or a credit. I opted for the credit and a few days later I stopped in and ordered. Surprisingly enough Reed had written it down, knew exactly what he promised and hooked me up. Great customer service and thank you Reed!

Ordered 2 things of bread from less than a mile away and the delivery driver waited for that order to be done (while my food sat there getting cold) drove out 10 minutes in the wrong direction to deliver a different pizza before mine. When I called in there was no apology, just a sucks to suck attitude. Not a great experience.
I ordered a large thin crust with extra sauce and extra cheese. The pizza looked terrible. Had light sauce and almost no cheese. I contacted corporate over a week ago. They replied that the store would be getting in touch with me. I have never heard back regarding the matter. Hence the negative review. Terrible product that should never have left the store.

I’ve never really ordered Dominos much over the years, but after many disappointments from other places as far as orders made incorrectly, missing items, poor quality and pizza not being very warm over the last year I decided to give Dominos a shot. I can’t say enough, my orders have been Hot, Accurate and very friendly drivers! So a great big thank you!!!
Trying to get ahold of someone to ask a question about a online order takes 15 minutes won't ever order again and better not be charged try to place one
