Parking lot is very small and is a nightmare to navigate. I don't recommend going there in bad weather. It caused us to have a minor incident where we hit the stone wall near the road.

Ordered donuts and an iced coffee thru the app for my son. We we arrived to pick up, was told they were out of pumpkin for his drink and they didn’t have chocolate iced donuts with sprinkles like I ordered. Offered substitutes, which I accepted. On the app, there was a picture of a dozen donuts and the chocolate iced with sprinkles was one of them, and also a selection for donuts. This is false advertising! Will just go to Jolly Pirate for donuts from now on.

No Halloween buckets. Company only sent 100 buckets to each location. They probably get more than 100 people in drive thru in one day. Quit advertising something if u can't supply it. Very disappointed in Dunkin Donuts Company.

Ran through the drive-thru so I don't have anything to say about the atmosphere, but I saw the super bowl commercial so I have a good idea of what I missed. The hash browns are next level. Whatever you do, next time you're there make sure you pick up the hash browns.

Every time I come to this Dunkin, which is multiple times a week, the staff stands around like they have no idea what is going on. Usually 5 people are standing around doing nothing while one person is working the drive thru or stocking pastries. My mobile orders (after I already arrived) or in store orders take over 10 min each time even when they are not busy because they just stand around chatting and not working. I even had an employee hand me my drink after I was waiting for a very long time and said that he had no idea why someone didn’t make my refresher (it wasn’t even his responsibility to make it) It’s sad because everyone is usually very nice but it just doesn’t seem like they care about their service very much.

Yay a Dunkin in the Newark/Heath area! Definitely was a hopping place over the weekend (went on a Sunday afternoon). There was a line for the drive through but man were they on it! It wasn't a long wait at all! Now I know they say that your iced coffee is the same at all locations but theirs was amazing ? one of the better ones that I've had in a while!! The parking lot is funky and I can see that it might be an issue getting in and out with the drive though. Friendly and quick service! I'll definitely be stopping by the next time I'm in the area!!
The coffee is always decent-good depending on the day. The locations maneuverability is extremely poor being that it's so cramped. Each employee that works the drive-thru on any given day is the most lifeless cold people like most drive-thru's. I'm kind and say hello and all I get is a straight face telling me the total in the most bland way, get asked if I want a receipt and that's it, no thank you or have a good day nada..
