The food at this location is always fresh and the portions are decent. I do not care for how they now have only one size of everything instead of small and regular. The prices increased and they only offer the regular size portions. I have no idea why they would do away with the small portion option.

Went throught the drive through for an order with one modification. Was spoken over by the GENERAL MANAGER so he 'didnt hear' me say no tomatoes. When brought up,I was told to pick them off before he would only offer to make a new one when I'm on my break from work and don't have time for that.

Tastiest lunch I've had in forever! Italian sub, chocolate chip cookie, and breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce. Store was clean and team was very friendly. A nice change from most places in town. Thank you!

Got the meatball sub it was delicious but way to much sauce on it bread was soggy af and really sloppy didn't like the pepperoni on it it completely ruined the taste so I picked them off the flavor was great tho just shouldn't put that much sauce on it it ruins the baked bread

I can see why the one in Zanesville went out of business. Food is not that great.
1 star review because my favorite was the ravioli and they got rid of the ravioli to bring in tortellini. The tortellini was great but can't get it in the lunch special now. Stopped in today and they got rid of tortellini too now. I don't understand. Now they are pushing shrimp. You all are not red lobster stop butchering your menu. Guess it will be the end of weekly visits to fazolis. The staff were still awesome.
