Came in at 7:30 on a Saturday night with a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 9:00 due to winter hours.
One of the staff members was very obviously distraught that people were coming in with the weather outside and the fact that they were closing in just an hour and a half.
I could hear her making some comments about it while I was placing my order.
Food however was good and reasonably priced. Five of us ate for around $60. And we had leftovers.

Food was good, we had the loaded ravioli’s. Both employees Val and Zane were kind and patient. However the manager, Ashley was seen and heard yelling at employees for helping customers and not “staying at their station”. As someone from food service, I have always thought the customer comes first over something like packaging breadsticks. The manager made the atmosphere and service less pleasant.

This is place is always a good choice for dinner. It is a sit down restaurant feel without the wait and expense and the endless breadsticks are so good!! The staff is so kind and working hard. I appreciate this place and the home cooked feel to it.

The prices increased and they only offer the regular size portions. I have no idea why they would do away with the small portion option.

Customer service was excellent as well as the food. Plenty of selection and good value for the money.
Went throught the drive through for an order with one modification. Was spoken over by the GENERAL MANAGER so he 'didnt hear' me say no tomatoes. When brought up,I was told to pick them off before he would only offer to make a new one when I'm on my break from work and don't have time for that.

Tastiest lunch I've had in forever! Italian sub, chocolate chip cookie, and breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce. Store was clean and team was very friendly. A nice change from most places in town. Thank you!
