1st time there , ordered a cheeseburger, fry , and pop. Almost 20.00. I knew it was gonna be pricey. The card machine messed up n they had me do it again. 3 days later , I'm charged twice. I went back on Monday cause I was in the same area to tell them about it. Manager , older man , said you have to notify your bank. I said well the bank didn't take me money , you guys did. He said it's a 3rd party machine. Wth? He didn't even apologize. Just rude. I had my receipt and my bank statement pulled up. He was NOT interested. Will never go there again.

They do a great job here! Management is wonderful and runs a tight ship. The store is always nice and clean. This five guys is one of the best ones I have been to. My girlfriend and I have become regulars here and have gone to other locations, and it's just not as good as the Heath shop.

Uggggh! I really wanted this to be good. I've been to 5 Guys in Columbus and have never had a bad experience. Here it was just okay. The fries were so soggy and like rubber. We had 2 burgers split, a regular fry, and 2 small sodas and paid $45. A couple and their 2 kids spent almost $70 for their order. I think I paid that much in Columbus but didn't notice since the experience was just so much better.

They deserve zero stars, overpriced food, incompetent payroll department (can't do a direct deposit to save their lives) utter neglect, multiple times concerning paper checks making it to the store by payday. Lying to hourly employees to drive sales up. Complete upper leadership needs complete replacement for their neglect.
The prices are outrageous for food you could easily make at home. Plus for some reason this branch can't get their paper checks on time, give raises when they're due, nor get DIRECT DEPOSIT set up properly for their employees. The worst FIVE GUYS BRANCH IN OHIO is in HEATH!

5 Guys always delivers fresh hot food and great tasting fries. Sorry for those with peanut allergies, because the fries are cooked in peanut oil. Absolutely love their lettuce wraps and choice of toppings. Thanks!Dietary restrictions: For gluten free people they do fry off the same griddle so preference as opposed to celiac works better.

As always food is excellent! Our favorite burger! We visited this location on 01/12/2024. The staff was over the top great. Their attitudes and interactions was superb. I don't usually indulge in burgers, and I've heard that Five Guys has gigantic sized burgers, so this was an unusual lunch trip for me with my grandchildren and daughter-in-law. And I must say, it was amazing! The smaller size burger is perfect and the number of topping choices made our day! But the best part of it all was the staff, and how kind they were to let my grandson try a bacon milkshake sample. She made it especially for him to sample. That was so nice! And it was tasty. Will be back for sure! Ambiance was great! Clean and not too noisy.
