Tried to place an order for a cake at 4pm and was told the bakery was closed by then..in a grocery store. Ridiculous. Not very convenient for customers who work.

I purchased a cake for a birthday party. I'd never gotten a cake there before and honestly ? only ordered it from there because I couldn't find anyplace else that could do it on short notice. The gal that took my order was very nice & helpful. And...it was FABULOUS!!! I ordered a quarter sheet cake with buttercream frosting ??The best cake I've had in a very long time!I'm having a baby shower for my daughter soon and will definitely be ordering it from them!!

I love Giant Eagle but I wish they would put the small bags of cat litter on the second shelf. I am 76 yrs old and it is very hard for me to get the small bag from the top shelf.

Just left Giant Eagle, I wanted to pick up a couple things on sale. Got to the register, gave them my card and got out my debit card when I saw the last item wasn't the sale price. The funny thing is when I pointed it out the cashier he said "it rang up at 11.99, do you want it or not". I was so pissed I said no, paid and left but when I got home I noticed one of the other items rang up $7 over sale price!! WTF?? Guess I get to go back tomorrow too! Geez…is it only happening to me?
