Hot heads makes Chipotle seem like its made with an easy bake oven

March 12th at 6pm the ladies working at this time are rudest, vilest, nastiest ladies I have come across in a long time. I didn't see them put on a topping I had asked for and when I asked them about it they lost there ever loving mind's. There tone of voice is one I would expect if I had smacked them and all I did was ask about a topping I could not see and did not see them put on. I went to the car and disassembled the bowl and found the topping..... couldn't see as the amount was so small. I said a prayer while in the parking lot for whatever is troubling them to be taken care of and make them better more understanding ladies. UPDATE.... I have been back twice since this incident happened. Once I dealt with the same ladies and the other time I dealt with some younger people. Both times were a great experience.

Very dirty. The tables and floor were sticky. Even the napkin holder had dried up food on it. The management clearly doesn't care.

There is no atmosphere. Tables were dirty. Food was delicious, ( Hawaiian bowl) However 2 bowls for over 15 dollars seems a bit high

To be honest this probably one of the worst hot heads I’ve been I actually eat at them quite often and figured I would give them a try while I was in town. I decided to buy 5 bowls for everyone I was with and they all complained how the food was cold. None of the co-workers asked if I wanted it toasted and was rushing to cash me out before I was even done ordering. I asked for extra sauce and got told that’s all they was able to put on the bowl?? I also asked for no salsa on one of them and it still got put on. The same went for one of the sauces I had ask them to not put it on there and they did. It was actually very disappointing I was hyping hotheads up and then the opposite happened. Won’t ever be back to this location again.

I’d really love to see this business in Heath succeed. The food has improved a little, but it’s just not consistent. The pan seared veggies sometimes look so sad and overdone, like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Other times they are fresh and enticing. Same thing with the meat. Sometimes it just looks too old. My biggest problem lately is with the service. I just ordered pan seared veggies, and I swear the lady didn’t even give me a third of a label. If they just acted like they care about what they’re doing it would be nice. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get your money’s worth, but usually you don’t. I see the potential and it’s so good when it’s done right. I hope they get it together.
