We did an online order, they ran out of crepes it happens, a phone call would have been nice. Then they have no idea how to refund the payment since they don’t have the item that I want. They have to call a manager. It’s 8pm on a Friday why isn’t one already here? And on top if you aren’t going to be there, read carefully TRAIN YOUR STAFF how to do these things.

Let me start off by saying the bathroom is nasty. I went in to use the restroom and a lady was in the other stall drunk left door open. No soap at all in the bathroom to top it off. I told one of the employees and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Menus were sticky and the food was eh. The next two yes I tried two more time the smell of bleach was so strong when you came in to mask the scent of odor coming from the bathroom it is like a mixture of bleach and pee combined and you can smell it at the doors. After that I won’t go back. If you can’t keep your bathrooms clean with no soap on top makes me wonder if employees wash their hands. Not to mention makes me wonder the cleanliness of the back of the restaurant where the food is cooked. I have seen bugs on the table tiny ones last time we were there as well which was disgusting. OSHA needs to come in here and corporate needs to get someone in there asap before there is someone gets extremely sick from dirty dishes and everything else going on in this place!

I waited almost 15 minutes no one came to the table no one asked me if I wanted anything. Five people came in and they immediately sat them and were bringing them coffee. I got up to leave. as I was leaving I told the door greeter about it and they said sorry and let me leave. It was Christmas Day obviously they were short-staffed but if you're going to be open be prepared to serve people. If somebody had just stopped by my table and said we'll be with you but it never happened.

Bacon was trash but everything else was great and my server, jamie lees, was amazing. It was the end of her shift after getting her butt kicked and she still didn't miss a beat.
Every single time we order a to go order this location finds a way to screw it up!!!!! How hard is it to make an omelet?! We paid almost $20 for an omelet just for them to not give us what we asked for. It was a slab of an egg and a bunch of crap thrown on top and you still screwed it up by forgetting stuff. If you are charging close to $20 for an omelet you should get it right! Do better!

We had three different waiters at our table. Not sure who our server was. It took them 10 minutes to take our order. Our food took 20-25 mins to come out & when it did it was cold. We ordered toast with our meals and it didn't come out until we were done eating. Also asked for extra gravy and never got it. Our water glasses were never refilled.

My server was fantastic. She was very friendly and personable, and she remembered our whole order without writing it down.
Unfortunately, the wait time was longer than I'd have like. They weren't busy but it still took almost a half hour to get our food.
