The one server we've seen is sitting in a booth talking to her friends. There is screaming from the kitchen and we just heard a loud crash of dishes. There are only 3 tables seated, but no one has bothered to bus the empty tables. The food arrived luke warm. The table behind us complained about that as well. I got what I ordered. The pics show what my bf ordered v what he received. And it's very cold in here

Clean restaurant. Server Amanda T severed us with a smile. Was seated and ordered and received food all in 10 minutes.

Terrible experience. The pictures are when I havent even touched the food yet. It was busy, and I get it, but what I ordered was not what I received. The biggest problem was the chicken biscuit sandwich. I ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich and cinnamon bun crepes. It came out Smothered in gravy - apparently, I was supposed to order it on the side; that's not what's in the picture. Then it didn't come out with fries? I thought I was supposed to get two crepes and I was told it only comes with one. My guess is that my fries got replaced with the crepe, so it only came with one. It's IHOP. I don't expect a great presentation, but the Nasty smears on my plate were unappetizing. I don't recommend the French cold foam cold brew- half coffee, half foam. It is as sweet as the sides of creamer- so I guess if you like drinking 4.29 creamer, go for it.
Why does it need to be a puzzle to order? Supposed to do this- supposed to be like this.
Also, it's absolutely freezing in there- don't expect a warm, pleasant experience.
The server was very kind- newer, I think- I got a new sandwich, but I was too cranky to eat it, so I took it home.

We never usually have a problem here. Today was a different story. First, it was freezing in there. Then our server, Stephanie G, was awful. Dropped the bowl of sugar, creamer, and spoon on the table. Then she didn't give us straws that she said she'd grab for us and we couldn't drink our drink until after our food arrived. The coffee cup did not look washed so we couldn't drink coffee either. When the food came out, the bacon on our plate had slid off. The waitress had touched the edges of the bacon while she set it down and the bacon slid across the table. Couldn't eat it after seeing that. Then, our server gave us the bill and when we put the card out, she said to pay upfront as she passed our table. Didn't grab the check, just passed us off to someone else. We were standing up front causing confusion to all of the other workers as well as being in the way. Then our waitress did end up cashing us out and watched while we put the tip on there. Extremely uncomfortable as we wouldn't have tipped if she wasn't staring at the check.

The food was ok. The server was great. The restaurant was freezing cold! We had to keep our coats on it was so cold. The table next to us never took their coats off either. We would have been warmer eating in our vehicle.

The service was noticeably delayed. The meal was scheduled for completion at 11:30, yet at 12:19 I received my meal.

Both my wife and daughter are allergic to mushrooms and both of their orders was not supposed to have mushrooms and it clearly states that on my receipt so we are now sitting in the emergency room

We were seated around 9:30 pm and ordered water to start by the waitress that seated us. She was at the end of her shift so she passed our drink order off to another waitress. Unfortunately the other waitress never showed up. After 20 minutes of sitting there with no drinks or having our order taken I went up to the waitress that seated us and asked about our drinks. She apologized and got us our waters. She apologized again letting us know that she was very sorry. She thought the other waitress was going to help us and was very sorry for the wait. After finally ordering our food she brought it out to us about hour and 10 minutes later but didn’t bring the entire order. She only brought mine and the order wasn’t the way I ordered it and didn’t bring my gf’s order with her. Apparently another waitress had taken it for another table so they had to remake hers so all in all we were there about 2 hours for something that should’ve taken no more than an hour. When we got there at 9:30 there were only 8 people in the restaurant and most of them had their food already. Others came in behind us and had their food before we received ours. The waitress did a great job. Very apologetic and honestly probably should be the one running the restaurant. Her name was Megan. Very polite, super friendly, stayed past her shift to help and ran all over to help take care of things. Observations as we were sitting there waiting. The other waitress complained about getting stiffed from tables throughout the night to customers. Not friendly at all when taking orders. Wore crocks with holes all through them which is unprofessional in my opinion. The restaurant was dirty. Very poorly ran. Very unorganized. Worst I’ve ever seen it especially being in Heath. Food was prepped and average at best. To wait that long and the food not taste very well just made it a very poor experience. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. My advise, make the waitress that worked her tail off the new manager. Get people in there that actually care and want to be there and that will represent your restaurant in a positive way and show folks a great experience when coming to eat there. Fire the cook bc he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. IHOP as a whole needs to do better. If you’re ever going to give people the best experience then bring on the right people to represent your business.

Food was overpriced for what you got. Two people cost 42 dollars. Waitress only made it to the table 3 times but 2 of the times was to fix something she had messed up. (Not upset she messed up, more upset she was WAY more attentive to other tables). Will I go back? Probably not for another year.
