What happened to this place since the remodel. Long time customer, very very slow service, burnt bacon, rude employees, not paying attention to anything that they are doing. Sad to see this place going down hill.

We received coupons in the mail. We thought let's go try this. Since we never had it before. I saw online that you all had Philly Chicken. I was extremely happy, cause I love them. We ordered 2 of them, the giants. Let me just say it isn't worth the $16.75 charge. All I tasted was the white bread and cheese. The chicken did not go from end to end and there were very little, and when I say little I mean that, of the onions and peppers. And the sub was flat. I have had better at the Old Bag of Nails. And it comes with fries.
I hate that I can't eat here while under remodeling!! 😞😫

I would usually give this place a 5 all day long, but when I got it, it was discussing the bacon was so burnt the bread was gross really soggy my sister said the person waiting on her had a really nasty attitude. We spend a lot of money in that place but it will be a long time before I go back there. I tried going on the website they put in I found nothing that had to do with my complaint oh well.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had in my life. Could hear one girl shouting about how she's about to quit and hates working with people. Took forever to get my correct order. Seemed to be nobody in charge around. It was weird and I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

The subs were great! The girl working was ridiculously rude. Thank goodness the young man working with her made the subs. The girl kept complaining about people coming in at 8:30 and she wasn’t gonna get out of there when she planned. Slamming case door, huffing and puffing, and constant derogatory comments. Everyone in there was clearly uncomfortable and just looking at each other is surprise. Even the 2 deputies that were seated trying to enjoy their meal. She needs to be let go so she can be home regularly and definitely not in a position requiring customer service.
