I would usually give this place a 5 all day long, but when I got it, it was discussing the bacon was so burnt the bread was gross really soggy my sister said the person waiting on her had a really nasty attitude. We spend a lot of money in that place but it will be a long time before I go back there. I tried going on the website they put in I found nothing that had to do with my complaint oh well.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had in my life. Could hear one girl shouting about how she's about to quit and hates working with people. Took forever to get my correct order. Seemed to be nobody in charge around. It was weird and I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

The subs were great! The girl working was ridiculously rude. Thank goodness the young man working with her made the subs. The girl kept complaining about people coming in at 8:30 and she wasn’t gonna get out of there when she planned. Slamming case door, huffing and puffing, and constant derogatory comments. Everyone in there was clearly uncomfortable and just looking at each other is surprise. Even the 2 deputies that were seated trying to enjoy their meal. She needs to be let go so she can be home regularly and definitely not in a position requiring customer service.

Just be absent it's a sandwich shop..take out...the seating could be more creative. The sandwich was made just as aby other sandwich shop would make. It was too expensive. Looking at the price ranges...the largest sandwich is almost $20. I got the $7.98 sandwich...it was ok. Many people brag about Jersey Mike's being very good. Price too high.. taste wasn't the best I've ever had recently. The worker's never smiled and appeared unhappy to be there. You ask a question...the answer wasn't positive. You felt like you were bothering them. I'm going back once more just to make sure I'm not assessing the situation when it was a bad day.

Girl was upset that we ordered a hot sub because it's more work, literally slammed our sub on the counter. Other dude didn't put bacon on my club sub, I didn't catch it til we were home of course. The guy at least was polite though, the girl was absolutely awful. The couple after me ordered a turkey sub, she made them an Italian and then tried to gaslight them saying that's what they ordered lol. Just get a different job if you cant handle the slightest rush while making sandwiches for people.
Honestly just go to jimmy johns for cold subs and firehouse for hot ones cause it's not worth the hassle.
Typical stop for lunch. I had the club Supreme, regular size on rosemary parm bread with everything except the pepper relish. Literally the only ding was that our table was dirty. Not excessively dirty but still. I love the fact that they have 3 sizes of sandwiches. Normally the giant is for my appetite but for lunch the regular works fine. We will definitely be back!

I arrived at 8:40 pm. The sign says that they close at 9 pm. Immediately upon arrival the young lady at the slicer had an attitude. She asked what I wanted. She walked to the back to get bread and told everyone she was quitting. Her fellow employees laughed it off. She returned with bread and put it on the counter. I immediately noticed a small bucket with cleaning solution on the counter and the counter was wet (from cleaning solution). I said, "umm ma'am the counter is wet with cleaning solution." She looked at me, took the rag that was in the solution, wiped off the counter and then threw the bread very angrily into the trash. I said, "Oh no I am not doing this. I will take my money elsewhere." I walked out immediately. This is the only Jersey Mike's in the area and I truly doubt I will ever return. The way I was treated UPON arrival was absolutely unacceptable simply because I arrived close to closing time.
