We ordered a delivery with an eta of 1hr. We did receive some snow. Our delivery took 3hr- we received no notice on the delay and called multiple times to get an update/cancel. Our call was never answered. We then ordered pizza from another restaurant and then received the jets @9pm. We called jets to get a refund and they said they are unable to do so. Very poor communication. If you are too busy or weather is an issue, cancel deliveries. We will never get pizza from this location again.

Jets Pizza consistently delivers good pizza, quick preparation times, and friendly employees. The gluten free pizza and turbo crust are awesome and my family loves this spot in heath. No indoor seating though.

Absolutely love the food however was treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a woman named Kim. Kim decided to scream and yell at the customers that ordered food close to closing on a Saturday.

It's Friday evening after work and this location is slammed. Maybe 15 people standing in the local area waiting for their prepaid orders. The register is spitting out receipts for more orders. My order was due at 6:20pm and I've been waiting for 30 mins. One lady called out some names of completed orders but as three persons leave five more walk in. All of the employees are busy working. Instead of one person calling out order names and numbers one guy jumped in to help the line. Someone didn't have sense enough to call out the completed order and puts the order in the storage heater. I overhead someone ask for order 151 and I walk up and ask if 138 was available????? The guy apologized and I know he wasn't the one who did it but it was an unorganized mess. I started to go to Donatos next time I will!

Atmosphere 1. You lose money just thinking about this place. Whether your a customer or working with them. Service 1 star. The only thing you can expect here is to pick up your order 40 min late and disappointed in the fact that you paid $60 for food that's 1 star quality. Female management yelling at people. It's really depressing in there right now.

It was not a flavorful pizza. It had plenty of toppings but just no zing! Then there was the crust. No, no, no! Don't really know what else to say. I think that was only the second time getting pizza there so I can't recommend or derecommend( I know that isn't a word ) anything else.
Parking: Only one store and it is actually in Heath Ohio which is attached to Newarĺk.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure you could get a wheel chair in thereĺ
Love the crusty 4 square.
