I went to the store hoping that the staff could help me navigate the issue, but they said it was a corporate office problem and there wasn't anything they could do. They suggested that I call the corporate office. I just wanted a pizza with the advertised discount. Nope.

Ever since I had Jett’s Wings, no where else compares. I know they’re known for their pizza (which is also great) but the wings are just 10/10 every. Single. Time. I won’t get them anywhere else! Good job guys ❤️

Definitely missed tge mark on this order. Probably didn't deserve the one star! Young lady that I spoke with to let her know the pizza missed the mark of a good pizza said... Thanks for letting me know have a good night! Uh!!ok!!! Bye. I do see owner don't respond to 1 2 or 3 stars. So im sure they will have same attitude the young lady had!!

Ordered for delivery because the time was 30 to 45 min. Here I sit 2 hours later, no pizza. I called to check and was told that the delivery time had changed to an hour to hour and 15 min.. well, that has come and gone and still no pizza.

We got the large 8 piece Detroit style pizza with pepperoni. It was great, I personally love the the crusts on their pizza.
We picked up the order and it was ready on time. I would say the inside is plain and can’t eat inside but that’s not really their business model.
Always love jets. But save your money or go to Domino's. Maybe better service. With faster delivery

We ordered a delivery with an eta of 1hr. We did receive some snow. Our delivery took 3hr- we received no notice on the delay and called multiple times to get an update/cancel. Our call was never answered. We then ordered pizza from another restaurant and then received the jets @9pm. We called jets to get a refund and they said they are unable to do so. Very poor communication. If you are too busy or weather is an issue, cancel deliveries. We will never get pizza from this location again.
