Some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a Kentucky fried Chicken location. I ordered two simple items on the app. I got to the store 5 minutes later. I proceeded to wait in the store 20 minutes. I then went and asked about my order. They said it'll be another 14 minutes for pot pies. then they told me they weren't sure if they could refund my order after I said I don't have time to wait 35 minutes for a pot pie.

Do not order delivery from this store they forgot our bucket of chicken and we live 30 minutes away and asked them to remake the whole order and they aren’t willing to not my fault they forgot the chicken I called the confirmation that it was their fault they forgot it never again

This is the 2nd time I've gone through the drive thru and they dont listen to what you order i called in to let them know the lady was very rude and disrespectful wouldnt even say im sorry I asked for her name she wouldnt give it to me im sure knowing she could get in trouble for acting the way she did which should be written up and someone should follow up with this store I did contact customer service they took care of the problem which the heath store was no help wont be back and you shouldn't go here either

This place is typically OK when it comes to ordering chicken today we went through the drive-through to pick up an online order that we had when we did we got home and everything seemed to be fine but inside of our tenders box there was several used Reesie cup wrappers that were balled up and in our box of tenders I called for clarification on why there would be or if there’s anything that they could do about it seeing as it is trash in our food the woman on the phone Colleen denied that it could Have happened insisted it was somebody from DoorDash, even though we picked it up through the window and treated us as if we were crazy. I would suggest checking your food at the window to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. This Will be the last time we go there I will make the extra trip to go to a further destination if we want KFC they have lost my business with the way they had treated us today.

Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78.
I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon),
I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone.
I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00.
Sara was very sweet and friendly.
When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly.
When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good! It took a long time to get my order but whatever...my complaint was the older lady who took my order! I ordered an 8 PC family meal and 2 chicken sandwiches and I asked for 6 total sauces and she said she could only give me 2 because they "are expensive!" I asked if she could just charge me for them and she said no, management only allows 2 sauces per order. I've never had an issue getting 3 ranch and 3 kfc sauces! Since when did you hire the sauce police?? I probably won't be back because of how rude she was to not only me, but others in line. Nobody told you to work there and the customers were kind to you, why can't you return the kindness?

Inside was closed due to short staffing, went through the drive thru, they didn’t put chicken on my famous bowl, due to drive thru being closed I took my meal home before discovering it was missing the main ingredient.

Wow, just an absolutely abysmal experience. I went here because Lees closed at 8 and our baby took some time to go down. i areived half an hour before close time. But apparently it was not important to the staff to serve quality food at that point in the day. In one order I had- a mangled chicken thigh (substituted for a breast without asking me) literally cold mac and cheese and a smashed biscuit. I promise I didn't shake or compress the box. If you aren't prepared to serve something, have the decency to be transparent. I would have dealt with a substitution or something. Instead I went home after a long day and had a god awful meal.
Just a reminder that there is a reason I hadn't been there in some time. I'll remember to not go back.
