Service was great, however the food was slightly disappointing. The shrimp and lobster chowder was good, and the rice was okay. The steak was thin and overseasoned, and the mushrooms they brought with it looked to be from last week.
Hadn't been impressed with the Aussies or Roadhouse lately so gave Longhorn a try. Glad we did! Food was great from the bread to dessert. Steak was cooked perfectly and I had to comment out loud to my wife unprompted that "this is a DELICIOUS steak!" Service was top notch. Even the fountain Sprite was a great mix, and I've had a few bad ones lately other places so even that stood out. Well done Longhorn!
Hubby & I both ordered the Outlaw. Mine was tough. His was delicious. I told the waitress but no offer to fix it. We order medium rare & it was cooked correctly, just a tough steak & lots of gristle.
