Massey's Pizza Sports Bar & Wings

What a shame, this used to be one if my favorite regular places to eat. Not only did my friend and I wait 45 minutes for a salad and a sub, but the response to inquiry to the wait staff was "there's 30 tickets back there. We can't make the food faster". When the food finally arrived, I received the wrong salad dressing and the ingredients did not appear to be fresh.
Not planning on returning.

got takeout pizza. i ate it somewhere elts, acrost town. real good pepperonti’s and real yellow banana peppers. i liked it good

If you want low quality food this is the place. The burger and fries is the only “decent” thing on the menu and even then it’s just a grease ball sandwich with soggy fries.
Don’t try the pizza.
The wings taste like deep fried rats.
Most of the side dishes are overcooked or undercooked. If you get delivery the food will be cold. If you dine in the food will be cold. Massey’s is probably the worst pizza place around, the only reason it’s able to stay in business is because they serve alcohol.

3 times we have tried to eat the lunch buffet, all 3 different times there wasn’t any pizza out or there was a couple very dried up slices. For 11-99 per person it should be fresh and stocked. It used to be good won’t be going back.

Pizza buffet was literally 4 different over cooked pizzas. It says on pamphlet a variety. No dessert pizza as stated on store pamphlet. It really is just a waste of money. Food was awful. Lancaster Masseys is smaller and has way better food.

Sat at the bar, only one other guest in the restaurant as well. Waited 25 minutes for the bartender to come out and tell me that the kitchen had made my wings "extra crispy" on accident.

Went in for NCAA men's basketball games. This is a big time for sports bars. One tv for bar seat viewing did not work, and hasn't since football season, another had news on. Had to watch thru bar to other wall to see game we wanted. Food was good. Help seemed very busy. Refill for soda had to be asked for and they brought water instead. Used plates, used napkins etc sat in front of us for a long time. Bartenders don't make eye contact or see what is needed as they pass by.

Read about "Columbus Style Pizza" in a magazine article. Masseys was mentioned as one of the restaurants that made this type of pizza. I grew up in Columbus in the 1960s and this brought back childhood memories. We were in the Newark area for a bike ride and saw there was a Masseys in heath. Dinner was a 16 pepperoni pizza. Very good and a nice trip down memory lane.

Service is awful, the food is terrible. I took 2 hours to get our food, they made the pizza with the wrong toppings. I told the waitress before she sat it at the table that it was wrong, so she comes back 5 minutes later with the same pizza, they put the toppings that i wanted on it RAW gros, I'll never go back, worse experience i ever had, embarrassing.

Well this is my last order. You make great pizza, but Everytime I online order it’s always an additional 20-30 minutes of waiting after actual pickup time. 2nd order I’ve made for 45 bucks to always wait. How about you not wait until we get there to actually make the pizza. Too any other places to get good pizza that are always prompt and on time for less.
