Usually don’t have issues with the food here. Service isn’t always friendly, though. I got a Stromboli today and when I opened the box, there was a hair on the lid for the sauce. Didn’t think much of it, but after eating some, I noticed a hair in my Stromboli. That was enough for me.
I love Massey's all the way from the 60's. Ordered a 12 inch for pickup. I arrived a few minutes early there was confusion but was settled. The pizza I walked out with was horrible

I have had to wait more than ten minutes each time I pick up an order. This is after giving them an extra ten minutes on top of the stated wait time. The food is always good and the service is mediocre.
