Half empty breakfast burritos and a burnt hash brown. I gave this McDonald's 5 stars until this morning. Idk what it is with people burning their potatoes but sonic has done it twice in the last week and now McDonald's. Potatoes aren't that hard to cook especially when they are deep fried. Damn

Everyone had an attitude tonight and rushed you. It was only me and one truck in the drive thru tonight and idk how my sandwich’s was the sloppiest I’ve ever seen thrown together my sauces was mainly on the wrapper and more sauce than a burger should even have on it there was more sauce than the burger but I couldn’t even see my bun it was so covered. Had to throw away the bun because it was ripped and soggy, both my burgers was exactly the same way. I also work at a fast food restaurant and idk how it could possibly be that hard to put together the most simplest thing in a nice and neat way, everything is going downhill at this location.

I was at the McDonalds on 30th St in Heath today and waited in line for exactly 7 minutes. During that time, the workers and manager looked at me multiple times but did not acknowledge me once to see we’ll be with you shortly. It wasn’t until I asked and then I was told the lady would be with me shortly. That didn’t happen. It was another few minutes when someone walked up to the register so I asked if she could take my order and she said she was off the clock yet proceeded to take some other ladies order. At that point, I was pissed…told them that Brian Mortellaro the owner needs to be made aware of this. This isn’t the first time that this has happened at this location. They are very unfriendly at this location. Especially Mr personality at the drive thru. Rant over!!

Came to this McDonald’s with a mobile code the whole experience was completely fine when I paid when I got home til I noticed I was short changed it was a $15 order and I paid with a big bill that was all I had. Please don’t use big bills at this McDonald they will scam you and not give two shits. Management is the same way

I guess I can't expect people know hiw to read and do a simple sandwich and service right order a cheeseburger light ketchup and another cheeseburgernkight mayo and light ketchup only form both and Twl small fries nondeinks get to pick up window tried to hand Me drinks said I didn't order any sri KS than was rudenslammed thr door and said two fries shoved it at Me and slammed door shut i pulled uo far enough that people can get through drive through went inside and they were bitching and was more worried saying blocking drive through wrong lady said I'll bring out and shoves them said name was Shannon before I could check them got light may and light mustard and light ketchup and light mustard and pickles on both called back acted like she didn't care I'm allergic to mustard this is bs guess manager doesn't know how to check or read orders either update I applied to work there went in for interview and amber fat and looked older than me didnt even in ltroduce herself first thing out of her mouth is how old r u that is very discrimatory and shengoes if the hiring manager is interested in u will call fkund out ambe is the hirong manager i fiked a complaont with the eeoc and cslled talke to district manager he didnt seem to give a rats a . Cant beleivr person loke that is in charge of hiring duoesnt know the laws disriminate against older people and she looks older than me

Food wash okay but not great, ordered a big Mac the lettuce was old flimsy, ordered fries with no salt and they still were not hot, explain how that happens.girl at the front taking orders was great no complaints there. The place was clean but could hear the convo's from workers in the back making fat comments and cursing while management stood there and said nothing.
