Absolutely love olive garden. Its so nostalgic. Customer service was spot on the kept things flowing and fluent. The food was super fresh and spot on. Parking was easy and the whole place was so clean and efficient

Placed an online to go order that was supposed to be ready at 421 pm. I arrived on time and was left waiting for an extra 15 minutes for my food wich wouldn't have been an issue if it was busy but when I arrived I was only person in the parking lot after waiting 10 minutes past my time 2 other guest arrived for pickups as well. The staff then proceeded to bring out all of our orders at the same time serving me last even though I was first to arrive. Upon getting home I learned my chicken was overcooked and my pasta was dry. The lady handing out the food was rude. Would not recommend 😕

I was there for their wonderful free veterans dinner and was surprised. I didn't expect much for a free meal but I ordered the chicken parmesan and spaghetti. It also came with their famous salad and bread sticks. Food was great, as well as the service and the friendly attitude of all of the staff. Thank you Olive Garden for extending your hospitality and great food for us veterans.

This restaurant actually deserves six or seven stars. Reason being is that it is very comfortable. Background music of interest and appropriate to the place and most importantly not intrusive.
Returned Sunday the 9th for lunch with friends. All set for another wonderful experience. Wonderful it was not. An experience it was.

Waiter dropped rolls on table and chased them around. Fortunately a paper towel around them. My appetizer was the last item served after many requests to have it. My one of the party had the classic pasta without chicken. Yes the chit was eventually delivered.

I dislike the table check out screen. Placed that elsewhere so the server thought it better to place it on the floor by the table as a trip hazard.

Later at doggie container time I asked for two of the highly expensive black plastic valuable containers for one dish item. He insisted it would fit in one of the limited availability containers.

I did note to him that if a customer ask for just do it. Got a bit of mouth from him almost like you talking to me….and do you want to take it outside?

I’ll leave the really good review comments and stars but do note those apply to the female server at my first visit.

The lunch for four of us was a service disaster.

Waitress Dakota W was fantastic and most helpful. Good decor with nice lights and great pictures. I’d say this is one of the older and good floor layouts. Sure made the drive over in the convertible well worth it.

Far more of a “real” restaurant feel than other places.

Great experience at the Olive Garden! Warm fresh breadsticks! Nice chilled salad! The chicken Alfredo was nice and creamy with a delicious Peach iced tea!!! The waiter was very customer oriented! Everything was brought to the table on time and with a smile! Great customer service! So looking forward to return to this amazing restaurant! OLIVE GARDEN, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

Food was hot, wonderful and fresh. Deb with the lovely lipstick, made our experience just right. I watched her going above and beyond the entire time I dined. She was all over the restaurant doing what needed done. Looked to be running multiple positions, as well. Better keep ahold of that employee. She deserves a raise.
