They need to add the kiosks up front that most Paneras have for quicker and easier ordering. That way you aren't forced to stand in a long line to place an order. Other than that it's a nice place to eat lunch.

30 minute wait for an online order already completed
No one seemed happy to be working today. A lot of people hanging out behind the counter. I'm assuming they were off duty employees. No one offered my reward & I forgot until I saw my receipt which said I had a free pastry offer.

Just ordered a Chipotle chicken scramble breakfast sandwich that had no egg on it...I went back through drive thru and they gave me a cup with scrambled eggs in it for me to put on my sandwich! I wish I could say that this is a joke but it isn't! Needless to say I've had other things happen at this location but let them go...now I'm done. Good luck to you all!

Food sat on the counter without being called, finally had to ask if it was my order sitting there. Requested salt and pepper. Told it was out on the counter had already looked. I was thrown a handful and not very politely. Horrible customer service food is mediocre. At nine dollars for a half a sandwich there are much better restaurants with friendlier help. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there. Yes, you behind the counter making sandwiches.
