When I first started ordering your sandwiches through my work for virtual lunches during COVID they when round, had all of the ingredients listed on the menu, warm, and full of flavor. Now they are flat, missing more than half the listed ingredients, what is in there are small portions, they are no longer warm, the bread is not fresh, the people are rude, and the flavor is not there. I do like the soup. I doubt I will be ordering from the Newark, OH location again.

I enjoy everything I order at Panera. But I learned tonight that you are charging extra to get cream cheese with your bagle. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard! You should include it in the price or the cashier should be asking if you want it when you order so customers are not forced to make another transaction when they find out cream cheese does not come with the bagle they ordered. Do better.

Whoever worked tonight needs to put themselves in check😂 almost handed us our bag without the bread bowls, which is all we got other than soup. But then they gave us the wrong soups 😂 attitudes were shitty, and no smiles

Tops Ive come here 4 times in the last year. Everytime they are out of things I want to order. Im not paying 7.19 for a danwich missing half thr ingredients. To top it off your employees are rude and the restuarant is dirty.

The bakery selections were better years ago. Whatever happened to Asiago Foccacia and the multitude of pastries?
Building is showing its age with lack of cleanliness (ceiling in food prep areas, paneling along pickup areas and floor tile throughout). Tables and seating were clean though.
