Everything was okay, seemed a little short staffed like most places. I did bring my grandson with me and the child seats were absolutely filthy. No way you would want to use them. I looked for the best of the worst but no chance. He ate kneeling.

I rarely treat myself because how expensive it’s gotten lately. But I was running errands and in the mood for Panera. I thought I would have better luck at this location compared to what happened at the Henderson Rd., Columbus location several months ago (see separate review).Anyway, imagine my surprise as I opened my steak and cheese sandwich, to look down and see what appeared to only be two large pieces of toasted bread. I opened the breads to see a SCANT bit of roast beef and NO cheese. There was a little horseradish sauce spread, too. The broccoli soup was delicious but I feel robbed! Basically I got soup and toast for $14. ??

Placed an order. They didn't bother to tell me that they were out of the bread I wanted. Gave me apples to go with my soup instead. They never have bread bowls when I go in. For a bread based restaurant that's ridiculous to me!

Listen dog, already had a bad day and all I wanted was a dippy food. I ordered the bread bowl with Mac and cheese because that's close enough to dippy and how these mfs gonna forget the BREAD BOWL. Gave me just Mac and cheese. My bad day just got worse like how do you forget the main ingredient?

Edited: I had previously given 3 stars but after seeing fly land on many open glass baked goods (what a stupid concept) I said nope never eating one of those again. Ordered to go soup and walked over on sticky floor.Staff yelling at each other about personal stuff.Guy stared at the bag when I asked if my order (just myself and an old man in there) I then helpfully said "onion soup" he still stared at it then finally said yeah"very untidy hair" register girl also around dessert area had enough water on the floor for mopping to float an Ark. She did say sorry as she swung the mop in my direction as i went by to get out.I gingerly made my way to door and left - not returning. Will choose Coffee Shack or River Road.

A lot of money for a huge screwed up order.. no drinks wrong food. 12.99 for a tiny salad that was to be large. Never again.. $42.00 for a completely wrong order didn't find out until miles away..
