This is the worst Papa John’s. I ordered through their app 1 hour before they closed and I never got it. I looked at the order and it says it being prepared still and they have been closed for over 30 minutes. There is no way to get my money back until the morning. They just left without taking care of my order or at least refunding me. Who does that?!!!!!

I went to this store tonight to pick up an order my family placed and when I walked inside there were over 10 people waiting for orders and I was told mine wouldn't be out for awhile and when I asked how long they told me they were over 20 orders behind so I had to cancel it and we ended up getting better pizza. If the store isn't staffed right which it definitely wasn't stop taking orders amd shut the system down!!

The pizza was good, but we got notification that our pizza was ready, and it wasn't. The inside of the store was sufficiently tidy, but I questioned the cleanliness. They were putting money in the register with the same gloves they were using to handle the toppings being put on my pizza.

The call center sucks, I tried to order but pizza was delivered to an address next town over by DoorDash. If companies still had someone at the phone in store it wouldn’t be this difficult. Also your hold audio makes me want to unalive myself, the Shaq way makes me want to drive off the highway
The app is broken. It don't work half the time so you don't know how long it is until your order's done

I haven’t ordered in a year because my order was never correct. I complained a year ago about a $70 order that was missing items I paid for and everything was made wrong and no one ever got back with me. So I finally decided to try again. The pizza was good, except I ordered and paid for 3 xtra orders of peperoncinis . I received 4, for almost $4? We don’t even get any with the pizza like you normally get.
