I haven’t ordered in a year because my order was never correct. I complained a year ago about a $70 order that was missing items I paid for and everything was made wrong and no one ever got back with me. So I finally decided to try again. The pizza was good, except I ordered and paid for 3 xtra orders of peperoncinis . I received 4, for almost $4? We don’t even get any with the pizza like you normally get.

It's a chain pizza place, so obviously it is nothing world class, but as far as chains go, I would say it's the best around. Soft crust and toppings that all work well together. This location has always been quick and friendly.

I ordered food and they said 50 minutes. So I go there and my pizza and wings and garlic bread is not ready. They tell me that it will be another 50 minutes. Really on Christmas Eve. Someone could have called me and said that it would be longer. Nope I have to wait in the parking lot for 50 minutes. Bull shit. They should have just gave it to us. Nope

what a horrible experience and interaction with the lady that took my delivery order. Papa Johns should be embarrassed to have someone treating a paying customer this way. i am from out of town staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Heath i think its like 2.3 miles away she wouldn't take my order because it didn't know the address and hung up on me. i did call back because i do like this product. i had the address this time i could barely understand her it was like she wanted nothing to do with her job. not sure i will ever do business with this company again. sorry but not sorry

Very bad. This place has really gone downhill. From the call center person who barely speaks English to the people at the store who exhibit an appearance like they are at a drug fest concert instead of working at a business where they have to interact with customers. I was completely ignored by 2 employees for a very extended time when I tried to pick up my order. When someone did finally acknowledge me, it was another 5 minutes before they could complete the transaction. They simply can’t seem to handle a cash payment and don’t even want to try. The pizza price has literally doubled from what it cost just a few years ago while they put on half the amount of topppings they used to. And the crust is thin and tough instead of that thick pillowy dough it used to be and the flavor has changed. I’m not going back to this place any more unless they being back John Schnatter or whatever his name is. At least he knew how to run the place. These people who kicked him out and took over just destroyed the quality of this business.

First the service, I ordered pickup, I think it was ready in about 9 minutes, that was on a Friday at about 6:30 so very impressive, when I was given my order the box was fresh out of the oven hot and I was asked if I needed plates or napkins, very friendly. Second the pizza, I tried the cheeseburger pizza it was very good, it had a good amount of toppings and a good amount of cheese, everything blended very well with the combination of flavors.

Me and the wife ordered 2 pizzas, epic stuff crust and a cheese pizza for delivery. Both pizzas were wrong. Both were pepperoni pizzas. We both worked all day so we said oh well and ate them. Last night we decided to give it another shot. Placed an order for the same 2 pizzas stuff crust and cheese. Same thing, both were wrong. I can see maybe a mistake on toppings but a stuff crust? Not sure what’s going on with papa johns now but it sure ain’t what it once was. Needless to say we’ll be getting our pizza else where.
