Ordered 8 pizzas from papa John’s last minute for a kids party in Heath Ohio after another establishment lost my order. With no time the whole papa John’s crew tonight saved the night. Pizzas were amazing and staff /customer service was top notch. I will be back very soon. Killed it.

Irderd a pizza and they did not listen to the directions that i put, I told them to go under the car port at my school and they went to a random driveway and never called me. On the app it said the pizza was delivered and was no where to be seen so I called them and told them that we didn't have pizza and they said that they called me and they never did. they said that they will be able to come back 30 minutes later. I told them that I just wanted a refund and no pizza and they rudely said no way.

The service at this Papa John's is exceptional. I placed an order in advance for a certain time. I drove from Dayton to Heath (hour and 40 minutes) and I'll be darned, the pizza was just coming out of the oven as I walked thru the door on time. I place the order for 5 pizzas.

By far, the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa John's! The cheese was runny, under-cooked and super greasy! I ordered the new Dippa and it was cut like someone wearing a blindfold attacked it with kids scissors. This is the 2nd time in a row my order from this location was 100% underwhelming. There won't be a 3rd.

The shop does great. I can place an order on my way home, and it usually takes them 10 minutes or less to get my order complete. Food is great, but not always consistent... Still pretty good though.

I can’t remember getting a worse pizza. Not only were all the toppings clumped in the center (supposed to be on half). It tasted so bad that no one finished a single slice. I’d complain to the store but I do NOT want a replacement. Garlic knots were a overly salty Wings were great. Delivery was spot on.

This is the worst Papa John’s. I ordered through their app 1 hour before they closed and I never got it. I looked at the order and it says it being prepared still and they have been closed for over 30 minutes. There is no way to get my money back until the morning. They just left without taking care of my order or at least refunding me. Who does that?!!!!!
