Food is always delicious, service is usually fast and friendly. Why only 3 ⭐ rating? I go through the drive thru often so therefore have to hear the gimmicky phrases multiple times as you hear it for all the cars in front of you as well the ones behind you. Bippity boppity boo what can Cane's do for you? Or the classic hot chicken hot chicken what combo you pickin?. By the time I get to the window to pay iv heard the phrase 10 times easy. If you have a good product you don't need a gimmick. I started with my order once before they started the phrase , she's started and was like I'm trying to say the phrase. I don't need to hear the phrase just take my order please. Iv heard the phrases 1000 times it's redundant by now so that gets a ⭐ and 1/2 ding, the other half star ding is y'all go crazy with the ice. Even if you say easy ice there is still alot. I want a drink not a slushy. Have to say no ice then ice in a separate cup so I can put the PROPER AMOUNT myself

I recently visited Raising Cane's in Heath, Ohio, and overall, it was a really great experience! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor—definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that my order took a little longer than expected, even though it wasn’t during peak hours. But once the food arrived, it was fresh and delicious, so I didn’t mind waiting too much.
I really appreciate how consistent Raising Cane's is with their quality, and the sauce is absolutely amazing—definitely one of the best I’ve had! I’ll absolutely be back next time I'm craving some great chicken, and I’d highly recommend this location to anyone nearby.
Make sure they actually give you the extra sauce you pay for and why ask if I want ketchup if you are just going to not give it to me

Clean restaurant. The chicken fingers have shrunk over the last couple years. And they're just getting more and more pathetic looking. May be the sign of the times but it doesn't seem to be improving at canes across the board

I will absolutely not never eat there again. I went there for like a lunch supper after work through the drive-thru got three chicken tenders and then Got food poisoning. Threw up for 12 straight hours. Missed 3 hours of overtime. Yeah I'll never be going back there again.

This is some of the blandest, most unseasoned flavorless chicken that I've ever had. It tastes like mushy grease. You go to a chicken restaurant expecting quality flavorful chicken. You shouldn't have to depend on sides or sauces.
Coworkers rave about their sauce. They claim that's why you go. Sorry while the sauce is good, it's not that expensive good. I shouldn't be disguising bland chicken with sauce.
It's beyond belief that they are so busy. Clearly people have no taste or clue what flavorful food is.

Walking in on a Friday night, drive thru was completely wrapped around, as well as 8 people at the counter, still got in and out in under 5 minutes and the food was great too!
Easily the best Cane’s location I’ve ever been to, it’s stupid fast, the employees are lovely and it’s always clean

Food was quick and fresh but I wanted to leave a review because I took my niece here yesterday for some lunch and the manager was attentive came around and asked everyone how our food came out which I’ve never experienced at a fast food chain and to top it off before leaving he circled back around and gifted my niece a small canes stuffed animal it was so kind and made my day and definitely hers as well she hasn’t let go of that dog since lol
