Portioning has drastically decreased and prices are astronomical!!!! Quality has decreased as well. This is the 3rd time I have been to a red lobster establishment around the state in the past year only to be let down each time. I understand prices fluctuate by area when it comes to seafood being involved but seriously? This is highway robbery.

I had the endless soup and salad for lunch. Lobster bisque was disgusting. Used to be creamy and it lobster chunks and delicious and now it’s like they took powdered soup and half ass mixed with water and not one bit of lobster. I asked for tomatoes on my Caesar salad and the waitress didn’t do it. I’m afraid to say after a long time of not being back and trying it today we are done with Red Lobster.

Kaitlyn is a tremendous asset to the Red Lobster organization. She shouldn't be wearing a name tag, she should be wearing a cape. I don't know how much you are paying her, but it's not enough. We will be back!!! 😁

I want to State I want the Red lobster yesterday I had the butterfly crusted coconut shrimp six pieces I got no sides with it I had two of the iced teas with raspberry and then I look today at my bank card I tip $10 like always do and they charged me $84 how do I go about getting a refund for something I did not pay for or get I should say and the manager was the most rude individual I ever met my life she was a female she was probably an assistant manager she pocketed a lot of money from me how many other people have experienced this and not said a word about it
