Red Lobster

My 8 year old granddaughter and I had a whole day planned. Mall shopping, then trampoline park then arcade then red lobster. The heath Ohio store was so so hot inside, we were planning on staying to enjoy a sweat free dinner. Sadly we had to have our amazing server load up our meal and go home. Warm it back up. Not even a good meal.

I ordered curbside, pick up. I pulled up to pick up my food and text it like they told me to then I sat and waited and I got a text that told me that and my food was ready and somebody would be out with it. Needless to say, almost ten minutes later, I call inside to see where my food is and she tells me that somebody's gonna bring it out.I'm still sitting out here waiting. I don't know if by them pressing a button inside. They're allowed to cheat the system and corporate thinks that they're doing their job. But this is not cool.People come here hungry and ready to eat. I didn't select the time they selected the time. So i'm confused as to why i'm still waiting.And if the food is cold, we're gonna start over.. My food finally arrived and it's missing things. I'm not even going inside. The ball was completely dropped and I won't be back. And I'll tell everybody who will listen not to come. Because for the prices and the promises, the service should be better.

Very nice, waitress Diane very nice and professional. Overall a very nice meal.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. After waiting over an hour for my food, it finally arrived—cold. Seafood should be fresh and hot, but mine tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The service was painfully slow, and when I mentioned the issue to the staff, they didn’t seem to care. Definitely not worth the time or money. I won’t be coming back.

Joel was absolutely great ! He had great customer service and our food came out at a nice speed (shout out to the kitchen for that) the hostess for 1/16 around 7:30-8:00 was okay, her work ethic could be a little better just seemed kinda lost, and not to be that person but she also had a smell :( but shout out to Joel !! The Bahama Mama was great too.

Worst meal ever...ordered fish and chips and for $17.99 got 1 piece of fish and a few soggy fries. Should have come with Cole slaw but that didn't show up until meal was over...don't waste ur money!!

I guess the brink of bankruptcy has reduced the quality of food across the board finally. The fried shrimp were worse than VanKamps, and the mushroom appetizer was just gross. Slimy, barely cooked, and a different filling than what they used to be when they had the sampler appetizer. The food just wasn't good, but the service was terrific. It usually is there, so that's their saving grace.
