Sat at the speaker for five minutes until I finally pulled up to the window, and the worker rudely told me that I needed to pull back around because her manager was just then turning on the system to take my order.

You have to be a shark vacuum cleaner to drink the shake. It’s the equivalent to sucking a golf ball thru a garden hose. You suck for 20 minutes and get 1 drop of your shake. It sucked.

Once again they burn the tater tots I mean they're so overcooked there's like no potato in the middle. Idk how hard it is to teach someone how to cook tater tots correct but I learned on my own so it can't be that hard all ya gotta do is Don't cook them so damn long! Supposed to be golden brown not dark brown that's called burnt!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered pretzel sticks and all of them were burnt and hard. Ordered a burger with bacon on it, which was burnt as well. Not enjoyable. Was told they charge 10 cents per Sauce packet. I paid for 10 and only got 5. Ordered mozzarella sticks and no marinara came with either. On top of that we ordered 2 cherry limeade drinks, both came out tasting like just soda water.

I doordash from here around 8:00 p.m. when I got my meal my burger barely had bacon on it and it is a bacon burger... I am going on 16 hours and I am at my second job I really wish that I could just have a hot juicy bacon double

Got two orders of the salted caramel croissant bites to get all the way home and find out they weren’t even cooked much less seasoned with any salted caramel or toffee. Called to ask for a refund because I didn’t want to drive an extra 30 minutes to possibly have them made the same way and waste gas while doing so. I asked and they stated because it was through the app they couldn’t refund. It’s 2025 you’d think that wouldn’t be so difficult. Just to contact their customer support to once again get absolutely no help but the only solution being drive 30 minutes.

My friend and I to the sonic in Heath today and the service was absolutely horrible such rude staff members. Spoke to us with so much attitude and disrespect when we were nothing but polite to them with good manners. then when we looked at our food bag we realized we didn't get any of the sauces that we asked for which was three ranches and a cheese dip pretty straightforward. Then we go back and ask them for the sauces that we didn't get, We asked for again three ranch and a cheese dip then a guy brown hair brings out a bag of sauces and we said thank you so much and have a great day Little did we know they gave us a bag of marinara and ketchup we did not ask for either of those they did that on purpose and thought it was funny because we heard and saw them laugh as she was walking back in the door. then as another girl, dark drown or black hair was bringing food out to another person after she was done we politely called them over and asked KINDLY if we could get our sauces again and she smiled rolled her eyes continued to be so blatantly rude and said sure and then looked at her friend who was on break outside blonde hair girl and said I'm so done with this job and other rude things that we couldn't make out but we knew they were talking about us cause they kept looking and pointing and rolling their eyes even though they were the ones who didn't give us what we asked for. when the girl brought our dipping sauces out finally it was only a cheese dip and one ranch when we specifically asked for three over and over again and we said thank you anyways and she did not say anything back but rolled her eyes again so we just left because we didn't want to deal with the continuous disrespect. Every staff member we encountered was extremely rude for no reason.

Me and my boyfriend both had sonic for lunch, two cheese burgers, fry’s, and blue raspberry slushies. We both are nauseous, with a fever, chills, cramps, stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting and dizziness. I don’t know what part of the food made us sick but something is seriously wrong with something you guys made. And to top it all off, the lady that took our order was beyond rude.
