It was upsetting that we placed on online order ahead of time because we are in a terrible rush. Got to the store to pick up. A woman next to us ordered a couple bags of food while we were waiting for our order. Her food came out before ours even though we ordered way ahead of her. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if we have to sit in line behind people who barley placed their order

They don't like it when you order doordash. I have ordered doordash from Sonic twice recently and both times the dasher has to sit there for an hour just to be turned away. Unsure why this is, because why is it that I can pull through the drive through and get food, but these dashers can't do the same thing? It just blows my mind. Waste of everyone's time, and extremely disrespectful. Please remove your location from doordash if you do not take doordash orders.

I have been here a few times, and the service is consistent. The burgers are just ok. The other options are much better. The prices are average to any other fast food. They have a happy hour for drinks. You have the option of the drive thru, car hop or ordering at the window and use the patio.

went here while on my lunch break and was utterly dissatisfied, the food was exceptionally bad for the price and almost un edible the chicken bites were dry and cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold, the wraps were very poorly made, the burger was so bad it didn't even taste like it was made of beef.If you go here it’s a waste of money.
