Every??single??time I pre-order my drinks and I put to use oatmilk with caramel drizzle and sometimes cookie crumbles and they have never once used oatmilk, added the caramel, or the cookie crumbles. Sometimes I will say hey this is atleast supposed to have caramel on it knowing damn well they also didn’t use oatmilk either.. but I don’t always have them fix it even though I pay extra for all the little things each time. I can tell again today that no oatmilk was used once again. Also the salted caramel cold brew majority of the time does not taste like they use the salted caramel cold foam. Very Annoyed…

Worst service of all Starbucks. No matter if you go inside or if you are in the drive-through line you will wait excessively long. I’d like to say they’re short of help, but there were numerous employees in there and only a few seem to know what they were doing.won’t go back to that location ever. Wake up management.

Drinks were completely wrong. Ordered a large and got a small. Tasted like gas station coffee. Didn't get a receipt and drinks were not labeled. Paid $20 for nasty bean water. Never going to this Starbucks again.

Slow. Feels like they ignore their lobby to focus on the drive thru. There are better coffee shops in the area that value your time. Tastes good though.

A friend and I were in need of a pick me up and thankfully there was a Starbucks along our trip. We went inside since the drive thru line was long and stood at the counter for at least 5 mins before anyone acknowledged us. They were on the busier side and I understand, but a few employees looked at us several times and one of them could have at least said hello. One of several reasons I try to preorder on the app. Once they took our order it wasn’t long till our orders were ready. Drinks were good.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, not including the licensed ones in Krogers and Targets and wherever else they license people to make their coffee. You go to any Starbucks in Columbus, it’s fast and it’s right. You come here, you sit for 20 minutes and they still make your drink wrong. How do you translate me saying vanilla sweet cream into cold foam? Then if you want it remade because THEY mess up, you have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Get it together.
