Hunter is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at any establishment I’ve ever been to. He was incredibly rude to me during my visit. He said I was “being annoying” by ordering 2 drinks, he then rolled his eyes when i had to count my money before handing it to him. I watched him make multiple spills during my time there and he didn’t clean a single one up. and the whole Starbucks area looked repulsive. There was another girl working who seemed like she was trying her best to clean up after him who was incredibly kind to me. I feel sorry for her to have to deal with such a coworker and i hope she reports him to management.

I have found that I always have a poor experience with this Starbucks. Notably long wait times, closing the indoor pickup at their own will, and refusing my service after waiting 10+ minutes only to be denied service.

I will absolutely NEVER go to this Starbucks ever again! Not only are they super slow and rude... I was harassed 3 times for having my 3lb Yorkie/Beagle on my lap in a blanket. He is training to be my emotional support, and then eventually (if he qualifies). One boy asked me about him and gave me a hard time about it. Less than 10 minutes later, a girl approached me, asking about him.. he never made a noise or moved off my lap! As my friend and I were heading out the door, a woman chased after us telling me Starbucks didn't recognize emotional support dogs as per ADA! Not only was I harassed while trying to visit my friend, but I was attacked outside in front of people walking by! I have TBI, anxiety, and PTSD! I also suffer severely from fibromyalgia... stress... like the harassment causes me to have a flare-up, and I was in severe pain the rest of the day! Along with my anxiety and PTSD going through the roof. All over a 3lb puppy in training! This was unnecessary and just not good business. See pics of the puppy to see how harmless my little man is. We were legit in training! $150..

Ordered a drink and sandwich through mobile, drink came a little late which was fine because they were busy but didn’t come w the sandwich. So I waited another 30 minutes then I finally asked where my sandwich was and they said they were out of it. Had me waiting for 30 min and couldn’t tell me they didn’t have my sandwich or offer something else. They eventually made me a different one but could have done that 30 minutes earlier I was waiting in the lobby with my coffee.
