Ordered a drink and sandwich through mobile, drink came a little late which was fine because they were busy but didn’t come w the sandwich. So I waited another 30 minutes then I finally asked where my sandwich was and they said they were out of it. Had me waiting for 30 min and couldn’t tell me they didn’t have my sandwich or offer something else. They eventually made me a different one but could have done that 30 minutes earlier I was waiting in the lobby with my coffee.

I was there at about 7 pm on a Monday and there was only one person working yet 8 people waiting. Jordan was so friendly and kind spirited and she never acted frustrated or upset or stressed when more and more people got in line. I asked her to make me a fruity drink and she surprised me with the most delicious lemonade! She needs a day off paid and a raise !

Coffee was great. Service was just ok. Have 2 people but only one making the actual coffee. If the cashier isn't taking any orders shouldn't they help make the orders? Just a suggestion to get through the line faster. The wait was over 10 mins. And no clear direction on where to place order and where to pick up.

We just wanted to thank Rachel for her excellent service today, despite her having to deal with some difficult customers prior to our transaction.We come into this location whenever possible because the service is always great. There is a friendly guy who usually helps us but I don’t recall his name at the moment. I hope the hard work these employees are putting in does not go unnoticed.

First time at Starbucks. Didn’t ask for our names so my drink got mixed up with someone else’s, man behind the counter said to put it bluntly people typically remember what they order. All I had was a large French vanilla with cream and someone else ordered a the same just a smaller size…. So first impression not great. Will not return.
