This location has since been sold from the large franchisee around the area who has neglected other locations. I will be visiting this location more often in hopes the new management/owners are more competent in inventory and customer service.

I recently visited this Subway and had a very disappointing experience. As a vegetarian, I ordered a flatbread with only vegetables and creamy Sriracha sauce. I specifically asked for the sauce to be added first, which the employee did. However, they got the sauce all over their gloves and proceeded to handle the vegetables, mixing the sauce with them in a sloppy manner.To make matters worse, when I sat down to eat, I discovered tuna fish on my flatbread. This is completely unacceptable. Cross-contamination of meat onto a vegetarian order is a serious issue, especially for those who avoid meat for ethical, dietary, or religious reasons.

I couldn’t finish my meal because of the contamination, and I left feeling grossed out and extremely disappointed. This location needs to improve its food handling practices and ensure better care for customers with specific dietary preferences or restrictions.

It's the best subway I've had in years. Everything looked fresh and tasted good. The ladies working were friendly and made a damn good sub! Even the fountain drink tasted good. They obviously clean the soda lines. Highly recommend !

I was an employee here if you decide to work here don't management is bad The checks bounce literally every pay your check will bounce because the owner Dave literally gambled all the money so every pay period our checks will bounce and they will also lie to you about how much you make an hour ridiculous

The employee Scotty was the rudest individual I had ever worked with. He looked right at me when walking up to the sandwich station and said "what do you want" with the most disgusting look ever. While making my sandwich he told me that my sub was gross and couldn't even think about how I liked it that way. Finally when cashing me out he attempted to short me almost $3. I would never reccomended coming here.

I ordered an online order may 26th and when I got to the store it was closed. I have tried and tried to reach out to Paul queen the owner and he said to go to the 30th street subway to get my refund from Brittany. When I went to 30th street they argued with me and wouldn’t give me my refund. Paul queen is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever talked to he doesn’t seem to care about his customers and just allows his employees to talk to customers any way they want. This is the exact reason all the subways in Newark and heath Ohio should be shut down. There is no reason it should be taking almost 2 months to get my money back

Placed an order here through the app and it’s closed! There is a sign on the door staying the location is experiencing staffing issues. Subway needs to deactivate this location in their app.I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back, but Subway does not make it easy to reach support. This is negligent at best and predatory at worst.

Here lately my bread has been getting burnt and i got a churro that was hard as a rock. My coworkers have had the same issues with our food getting toasted for way to long. Used to have no issues coming here but lately its been a different story

Worst subway I’ve ever been to.Terrible customer service, dirty floors, horrible parking lot that had several work trucks blocking customer places. Tall blonde woman was rude to me and was offended because I didn’t laugh at her “joke”. She came off of the floor and put gloves on to serve customers. Don’t know when hands were washed last. Saw her touching tables and her phone while complaining about the Granville manager that is coming to her location.As an administrative assistant I WILL NOT be ordering my team (catering for 40) subway again. We will HAPPILY go to jimmy johns across the street.Pretty sure owners were sitting there witnessing everything.

Beside being filthy the customer service is horrible. Was not even addressed until we had been standing in front of the counter for over 10 minutes. Three people working behind the counter two of them working on a phone order. When we did get waited on we waited another 5 mins for someone to check us out....was going to buy cookies but the case looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. My bf got Buffalo chicken ..that actually had bones in it?! His flat bread was more of a tortilla. He had it warmed by the time we got home it was hard as a rock. My sandwich bread was as hard as a rock I couldn't even eat it. Will not return.

A gentleman came in behind me and placed his order. The tall, blonde, female employee who said she was from New York took the gentleman’s order. He stated his order, she did not hear him. He stated his order again. She did not hear him once again. The gentleman had to stay his order 5 times and got a little agitated as could understand. The employee stated he was a “snarky little fella “. The gentleman apologized and stated he was not trying to be snarky, but he was deaf and that may be why he was a little quiet.She then smiled and said it was OK. When she passed the sandwich over to the next employee, she looked at her in front of us customers and stated “He’s a quiet little guy. Make sure you listen.”Oh my gosh did I feel secondhand embarrassment for this gentleman. Horrible customer service in my opinion.
