This is exactly why I never eat at this location. Whoever is doing this is being disrespectful and obviously thinks it's cute it could just not give a crap about the job that they do!!!!! This. Person should be fired ...they are basically telling the customer that they don't care about their food and laughing like they think they are cute and funny! Rude employees all around, female drive thru worker ‘Jasmine as’ did not sound sober and slowly took the order. Zero effort into making the food, three cheese was NOT grilled/steamed onto the tacos. Called the store got hung up on by who I was told ‘Jordan’ proceeded to be snarky when I called back. Terrible service.

Food is well made but slower than other fast food restaurants when busy in my experience. Inside was closed early and I waited 15+ minutes in the drive-thru without the line moving before I gave up, a couple of similar but less severe experiences in the past.

Have been here multiple times with drive thru wait times of 20 mins not because the long is so long but literally one car sits at the order menu. Sometimes I see people eating in but even if that is the case that the inside is busy the orders should go out one for one.
The food was cold and the taco shell was like cardboard. I had forgotten why I usually don't eat here.

Fire your entire staff this is the worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. Taco Bell always finds a way to hire the absolute worst employees in the county without a question of a doubt. Absolute excuse of a restaurant. Pitiful.
