Went through the drive thru last night ended up missing three items. Was told come back tonight or tomorrow etc so I went back today. Guy was like I can only replace items missing I said those were the items missing. So I get to the window to pay for the meal I had ordered aside the three items missing. They didn’t have it in the bag and told me to have a good day while missing my meal drink. I said I need my drink. They got my drink I said I need the missing items they were like o that was you… yes? Then the bag had sauce and cheese all over it which is whatever not huge deal but I go to open my food this is how sloppy they threw it together..no napkins thankfully I keep napkins in my car. That is pure laziness, being rude and not even paying attention to any detail whether missing items or how you handle the food

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude and it takes forever to get through the line. The food is always cold and you’d be lucky to ever get the correct order the first time. This is THE WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money here

Parking: It takes forever and a day to get through that drive through or even going in to order is ridiculous but you can tell they are way understaffed
Seriously the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. You sit in line for 20-30mins. They do not acknowledge you once you’re at the speaker, even if you have been there for 5mins. And then once you get your food it’s just 90% wrap or cold meat. This is not once, this is 80% of the time.

Literally this place sucked, got the complete wrong order, also out of ice, and the employees were just overall rude and rushing my order given they are open super late there should be no reason they need to be rushing us. i also sat at the speaker box for way longer than 8 minutes after they had told me they would be with me in a second. I then got my order placed and waited at the window to be payed out for 15 minutes no employees were in sight nor helped me. Finally i got payed out and the person/female (i believe) was super rude and just being nasty towards us. We then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our food. We then got our food and it wasn’t even cooked good at all. Stale chips. Worst taco bell ever..

waited in the drive thru for over an hour. an employee came outside and turned off the lights. i ordered my food waited another 25 minutes finally got my food checked it and was missing my 12 pack Cinnabon and the nacho fries had zero seasoning on them nastiest thing i’ve ever accidentally eaten in my life. tried going back inside to get the cinnabons and they had locked the lobby doors it was only 8pm and they close at 3am. called the store multiple times nobody picked up. I hope the store owner takes the right action to all the employees who were there tonight on December 30th 2024 at 7pm. I am not happy and very disappointed. how does an employer allow this to happen i paid hard earned money for my meal and got served prison food.
