Went through the drive thru to use a coupon my daughter received as an award from school and I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Heath, Ohio. The employee taking our order, Jenna (aka G), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we started ordering, she was impatient, yelling at us, and acting like we were an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason for her attitude, and it made for an extremely unpleasant experience.
Customer service is a huge part of any business, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. If this is the standard they accept from employees, I won’t be returning. Management needs to address this immediately because no one should be treated this way. EVER!!!

Drive threw packed, went inside waited with more customers, no service member greated anyone for 5min. It's like this every time I've visited, and the times I've gotten Coffee it's cold and has no consistency.

Ordered a mocha ice capp and they made a regular one with no mocha. Told them it was wrong so they just added a little bit of mocha and a little bit of cream on the top. It tasted horrible. They didn’t say sorry or anything! I won’t be going back to that location!!

I ordered a bacon everything bagel with one egg instead of 2 on it and they left everything else off of it. I couldn’t even eat it. Why would I order such an expensive sandwich for just a begal and miniature egg?

Coffee is worse than in Canada and everything is way more expensive, a small coffee cost $1.60 cad and here it’s cost $2 and change and it tastes like water.
I ordered 2 of the bacon turkey club at $7.99 each. It's supposed to have tomatoes on it. The young man told me they were out of tomatoes. I asked if I get a discount and he said no. When I saw the young man he had tangled, unkempt, waist length hair, no hair net. He was an absolute mess. Doesn't the shift manager do an inventory at the shift start? There is a Kroger across the road and a Walmart on the same side of the road. They have tomatoes. $7.99 for each sandwich. What's going on at tim hortons? Isn't anyone in charge?
