The tall man with the tattoos is amazing. I don't know his name unfortunately. But he has some of the best customer service skills! As for some of the other employees there, they are rude everytime I come through the drive thru. Not all of them, but there's a couple of them that have an attitude with me for no reason.

Went through the drive thru, pretty quick getting up to window. The girl took my payment, gave me my drink and timbits, but forgot to give me my bagel. I sat there she gave the most disgusted look to me like I was in the wrong for still sitting there. She opened the window and said yea, I said I’m still waiting on my bagel. She said bagel? I said yes, she turned around and gave It to me. Didn’t out It in a bag just the wrapper It was in and It was pouring down rain. Customer service skills are very much lacking.

Deborah the General Manager at this location and the District manager seem in my opinion, very manipulative and this restaurant underpays and uses the employees to a very obnoxious degree. Apply somewhere else and order somewhere else.

I LOVE GETTING THINGS HERE BUT WHAT I DO NOT LIKE IS THAT I ALWAYS OREDER A HOT TEA.FIRST SEEMS TO TAKE LONG AND SECOND THEY MUST NOT KNOW HOW TO READ EVERYTIME THEY GIVE ME A XLARGE HOT COFFEE WHEN THE SCREEN SAYS XLARGE HOT TEA JUST LIKE TODAY 6/13/2025. I CALLED THEM AND NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE .I SHOULDNT HAVE TO ALWAYS GIVE IT BACK SAYING THIS IS COFFEE NOT TEA..THEY NEED TO RELOOK AND NOT BE IN SUCH A HURRY..

Went through the drive thru to use a coupon my daughter received as an award from school and I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru in Heath, Ohio. The employee taking our order, Jenna (aka G), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we started ordering, she was impatient, yelling at us, and acting like we were an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason for her attitude, and it made for an extremely unpleasant experience. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated. If this is the standard they accept from employees, I won’t be returning. Management needs to address this immediately because no one should be treated this way. EVER!!!

Drive threw packed, went inside waited with more customers, no service member greated anyone for 5min. It's like this every time I've visited, and the times I've gotten Coffee it's cold and has no consistency.

Ordered a mocha ice capp and they made a regular one with no mocha. Told them it was wrong so they just added a little bit of mocha and a little bit of cream on the top. It tasted horrible. They didn’t say sorry or anything! I won’t be going back to that location!!
