I live for tim hortons. They always know exactly how to make my drinks. Their food is always super fresh and perfectly cooked. Their customer service is spot on. Easy parking and clean environment.

Employees are great but the caramel machiato is absolutly horrible. The taste of their caramel syrup is awful and the drink was so sweet I couldn't drink it.

Way better then expected, employees are caring making sure we got what ordered and correct. It's so nice to know you can get food from a place that cares. The manager Deserves a raise and a bonus. There's no option to take whip off but because we didn't get milk in it she asked. I've been to Tim Hortons multiple times and that's the first time I've been asked amazing service!

Everyplace has good days an bad days but I went on a bad day, just got a coffe an donut, donut had a very odd taste, coffee tastes like powdered creamer, young lady at the window could care less you were their, just kinda threw the stuff at you an closed the door.

Went through the drive thru, pretty quick getting up to window. The girl took my payment, gave me my drink and timbits, but forgot to give me my bagel. I sat there she gave the most disgusted look to me like I was in the wrong for still sitting there. She opened the window and said yea, I said I’m still waiting on my bagel. She said bagel? I said yes, she turned around and gave It to me. Didn’t out It in a bag just the wrapper It was in and It was pouring down rain. Customer service skills are very much lacking.

Deborah the General Manager at this location and the District manager seem in my opinion, very manipulative and this restaurant underpays and uses the employees to a very obnoxious degree. Apply somewhere else and order somewhere else.
