I travel a lot for work and this place is probably one of the better Mexican restaurants I've been to. Food is fantastic and service is great.

The food & margaritas are always phenomenal, as well the service. I love their birria tacos! I love that they have burgers for the kids, but still have good authentic Mexican. That’s hard to find!
We have even been here for Mother’s Day and it wasn’t a long wait for a table nor our food. And they have all the moms that came in a Rose. Definitely one of my fav Mexican places ever.. and I have been to many down south and up in Ohio.

I have visited several times in the past, and though I’ve never been overly impressed with the food and service, things have been alright, but after tonight I’ll never return.
My Mom ordered chimichangas and was very rudely told she could not order two different ones. They had to be the same. I visit Mexican restaurants everywhere, and have NEVER been told you can’t do that. What’s the big deal?
I ordered enchiladas supremas, which is four enchiladas: chicken, beef, bean, and cheese. I was served two beef, a chicken, and cheese. No bean. I told the waiter and he just said “is it good?” I said, yeah? I guess according to him, I should be satisfied with that because he didn’t even offer to fix it or bring me out a bean enchilada. And honestly, it wasn’t good. The food was not good at all. Even the chips were stale.
I had to track down a different waiter to get a drink refill. My cup sat there empty for a long time and I know dang well our waiter saw it.
So, after tonight, I’m done.

Veggie quesadilla was excellent and a huge portion, and the Pacifico was cold. Can't really ask for more. An incredible value

The food was good, but very slow and the staff is rude, routinely. Been here three times, and definitely not like the Zanesville location. It will be a long time before I go back.

The service was terrible and when i left a low tip to reflect the terrible service the cashier (probably the same from the other review) decided to steal from me by adding an extra $3.10 to the tip. The manager claims it was an accident but the track record makes me think otherwise. They decided to return the money in cash instead of making me file a police report so at least there is that. The food sopapilla was okay and so were the chimichangas. The first round of chips were okay but the second was cold and stale.
I would recommend avoiding this place unless you want mediocre food and your money stolen. If you do come here at least pay cash so they can't try to steal it.
