Not Wendy's finest. We've been to Wendy's all around central Ohio and have concluded that this is the poorest run store in the region. Our recommendation to Wendy's fans: go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusting ordered 3 times simple 4 for 4 on three different occasions. Won’t be going back. Bread stale and hard as a rock and the fries taste like they are from two days ago. Ordered a pineapple mango drink they didn’t even stir it. The sauce containers smashed. Didn’t even give me correct change back ether and no receipt.

This particular Wendy’s used to be decent. They have frankly gross people, ungloved workers, watched people get fired and so on. It’s just not a very “welcoming” place. AS IM TYPING THIS SOME WOMAN WARNED THE MANAGER THAT THE FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY AND HE JUST TOLD HER IT HAPPENS. Outrageous.

Every time I go there the food is ice cold and my order is wrong

Used the app to place an order, on my order was chocolate frosty. When I arrived, they had a vanilla frosty (which I do not like). I advised the lady at the register that I ordered a chocolate frosty. Her response was "well we don't have chocolate" and continued. No offer of a refund, no offer of a different item. I am not sure if there is a way, but they need to be able to update their items on the app for certain locations or have a procedure in place when a customer orders something they don't have available. I should not have to pay for something I did not order nor did I want.

The girl working the drive thru speaker tonight (10/30) needs her attitude checked. No reason to be rude to customers after we sat in line for an Uber order for over 20 minutes since doors are locked. Not sure how else she expects people to pick up orders.
Got suckered one final time into trying wendys. Tried the crabby patty special. This was a marketing joke. The pineapple frosty was pineapple syrup poured into the bottom of a cup with vanilla filling the rest. It wasn't even blended. The burger was a basic burger and couldn't taste the sauce.very disappointed I got suckered. It give sponge bob a bad name.
Got a pretzel baconator. Almost $9 for something smaller than my palm. Barely any bacon in it.another terrible burger.
Wendys used to be high class and quality food when Dave was around. Since he died it's gotten worse and worse. The food is garbage now with tiny portion sizes. The cost has gone up more than other fast food places. I'll never return to this or any other wendys again.
