Wendy's can be hit or miss in Heath. Sometimes there is employees to ta I e care if you Sometimes there is a lack of customer service. I have taking the time to walk to Arby's when Noone 8s available.

Took forever. We walked in and it took us 27 from time in door til we got our food. 5 visible workers in building and drive thru was not slammed. The smell of weed was unreal and probably the reason for the only one hustling was the front counter person

Do not go to this Wendy’s, I ordered a Biggie Bag and and additional Double stack ($9). I received an under-filled small fry that had to have been taken from the bottom of the waste bin as they were soggy with oil & colder than room temp, nuggets were also dead, and my burgers were room temp. I’m not joking when I say the freshest thing out of my whole nearly $10 order was my Sprite. Also I’ll add that I ate this immediately, didn’t wait till I got home.

Me and my mom stop have lunch today on 79 in Heath. We eat inside . It was very cold inside we couldn't enjoy eating there we both was frezze. That must have air conditioner on hight. It wasn't that hot outside. It was 70 outside. And i ordered taco salad they didn't put chil and chip with it. The one downtown Newark dose. I hasn't happy the one in Heath.

Ate my food (Dave's single & 10 piece buffalo nug) right as I left the drive thru and its ALL cold. Like, cold cold! They also forgot my ranch.

I go through the drive-through to order my food.They have no ice. I ordered 4 sandwiches in one order of fries. I leave the drive-through, and I think to myself.Maybe I should check my bag. I am so glad that I did check my bag because they shorted me a sandwich. We can't even get fast food right anymore. People, this is ridiculous.
