Food was good, but service was awful. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unaware of store policies. I tried to order a case of Impossible Sliders (something I’ve done here before), but was told it couldn’t be done—despite Google stating otherwise. Whether the issue was misinformation from staff or outdated info online, the way it was handled was unnecessarily difficult. Disappointing experience for an order that should have been simple.

Drive 2 hours for white castle on date night. The service was quick and friendly, but the recipe for the slider buns is different. The crave case we ordered just wasn't as good as it used to be. Our chicken rings were delicious and piping hot. We will return, just maybe not for the sliders. And the new buttermilk chicken slider was phenomenal and fresh!

Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.
Fries were almost cooked ordered the loaded fries. My order was wrong, asked for three doubles got singles. Not a good experience
