So I really love this frozen custard but I have to remember the caramel is terrible at the Heath location. My favorite whister is the Caramel apple. The Caramel used is either burnt, wasn't turned on, or just hard. The last 3 times it has been this way. I hope it gets fixed bc I want all things Caramel! Still my go to for frozen treats bc of course there are tons of other amazing options to choose from!

I checked the hours online that this whits in heath closed at 9pm. I went to this location at 8:30 and the staff had already mopped the floor and put up the chairs, which I could understand. When we went to the counter, one of the employees was rude and said to me “we’re actually closed, we just forgot to turn the sign off and lock the door. All you can order is what’s in our case”. If the location was closing at 8:30, it should say that online and on the door. I can understand pre-closing procedures for restaurants that are slow and require more to shutdown. For a store that mainly works with ice cream, I would think it would make sense for them to keep that portion of the restaurant open and operating until it is actually closing time. Will not be coming back to this location since obviously their hours of operation mean nothing.

We came with a large group of kids. They didn't seem overwhelmed or frustrated. They were kind and quick. Of course it was also delicious
Custard was very smooth. Our server, Landon, was pleasant and helpful.
Will visit again when we're in Heath!
