So I really love this frozen custard but I have to remember the caramel is terrible at the Heath location. My favorite whister is the Caramel apple. The Caramel used is either burnt, wasn't turned on, or just hard. The last 3 times it has been this way. I hope it gets fixed bc I want all things Caramel! Still my go to for frozen treats bc of course there are tons of other amazing options to choose from!
Always at least a good experience and usually an excellent experience. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are always nice and usually are above and beyond just nice. Highly recommend.
Had a couple pre-packaged vegan options. Although the label stated made with oatmilk, the ingredients stated made with coconut milk, which they definitely were. They were ok but one had to be warmed up in the microwave at the store. Glad I tried it and glad they had vegan options.
