Had a good experience. Great service, food arrived to our table quickly and was pretty good. Would definitely come again.

The potato portion was about 2 tablespoons and tiny bite size squares. Other than that the food was ok . I had potatoes, eggs, bacon and pancakes, the pancakes were flat and not that good.

I have eaten here often over several years. The service is always suspect since they are always short handed. I like BE because it is usually pretty consistent when traveling. This one has gone downhill. Worst breakfast ever. My grandson ordered the fruit dish and fruit was MOULDY. Shouldn’t have even been served. I did ask for something special but nothing difficult , basically potatoes and veggies as I don’t eat eggs, and vegetables were practically raw. My grandson is a chef but didn’t want to complain but I thought they should know so fruit wouldn’t be served. This used to have best food of BE around but no more. So very disappointed as there are not a lot of restaurants close to me and this has been a go to….no more.

The food has went downhill for a while now. The only good thing on the menu is the biscuits and gravy.

Oh my word can I say perfect down the line. I step to grab me something to eat jerrica is the best server ever 10 stars for her. Food is perfect . Come in truck driver ask for her for great service

Was happy to see a TA has a Bob Evans! Went first thing in the morning and had breakfast which was excellent- miss being to sit down and have a meal when I am on the road! Thank you.

Friendly employees. Quick to fix misunderstandings on my order.

All the food just tasted burnt and disgusting person in the kitchen just gives you what they want. Not even reading the order. Felt like I was licking a dirty grill and chewing on charcoal. 100% disappointment. Ruined the serves tip because you didn't want to actually cook the food and just threw burnt non sense on a plate.

Went to Bob Evans for lunch. I ordered the fish sandwich with coleslaw and a side of broccoli. WORST MEAL IVE EVER HAD! The fish sandwich was way greasy. The broccoli was old and cold. It had to of been from last week cuz it was rubbery. The only good thing was the coleslaw.
All the chairs and booth seats were in bad shape. And our table top was leaning. The lady I brought with me her chicken tenders were ok, but her French fries were laying in grease. Yuk!

the manager is too big

If you want a good Bob Evens that honors the person Bob was do not stop at this one go on up in to Heath to the Bob Evens there this restaurant is terribly miss managed and is completely out of touch with their local customer base. Very disappointed waiter was excited but the way the management is running it is going to drive it in the ground

Real bad service

It’s not Owens, but nothing can compare to them. Food isn’t as good as it used to be, like every other restaurant now. Service was really bad, but my server Dani got busy with a 5 top🙄
Atmosphere on a Saturday morning was good in the beginning, but got a few tables in and it was my fault for not sitting at the counter. I would come back because I miss Owens so much, but maybe just for coffee, unless you allow the cook to deep fry the home fries…maybe just coffee
