Just like previous reviews, My partner and I got served by Ashley today on 11/15/2025 @ 1:10pm. She was very rude, It's like she had a hard time looking you in the face. Her attitude was like she didn't even want to be there.So she made everyone fill it, And when it was time for the food to be brought out, She tossed it on the table. When I asked for extra napkins, She returned back and could not even hand them to me toss them on the table as well. After witnessing us not being the only customers she treated that way, We found out that it was just her attitude. Ashley definitely should not be in a position of customer service at this time, She has a little more training on respect, Before that will be satisfactory. That's the reason why she received NO TIP, And that hurts me because I love giving tips , but definitely not for bad attitudes.

I gave 3 stars 🌟 because the food was wonderful, It really was amazing. The moment you can get past the attitude, You can really enjoy the food.

Bob Evans Has Been my fiance , and I favorite place to go, But we have definitely never been treated that way at one of their restaurants. Would I go back, Yes , but I will definitely be requesting a different server. I will only go back because the food was really good.

Came in 2 guest waiting both leave claiming the wait was too long. Server old Caucasian gentleman red hair fans me away says he's to busy I must wait ok fine. 4 tables being serviced all have food. Cook comes from the back rings up 5 customers has no register trys to send customer back to server to get cashed out, cashier turns around 2 more people. I have to make clear to her the server isn't interested in serving us or ringing out. Every one pays with her she cooked our food he did nothing sorry won't do that again and I intend on telling as many people as I can to stay away!

Couldn’t rate any above. So far 7 people waiting for 10 minutes to be seated. Not one person said they would be with us. 6 including me have walked away. I see 10 tables with 3 severs. What a disappointment

Waited forever for someone to take our order know one showed up so got up and left paid for my coffee 3.40 what a rip-off. Won't be back. They need to send ppl to The Bob Evans in Athens Ohio that place is fantastic service is top notch.

I’m a long-haul truck driver, traveling across the United States every day. This restaurant used to be one of my favorite stops. But after what happened today, it will be the last place I ever visit—because of the blatant racism I encountered.

From the moment I walked in, I was not welcomed by the man with the “third eye.” He was rude, disrespectful, and treated me with clear, ugly racism. While he greeted every other customer with friendliness and a smile, he was arrogant and cold toward me.

As someone who meets new people daily, let me tell you something about rude, racist individuals: I’ve never met a racist who was a doctor, philosopher, wise person, or even someone with decent general knowledge. On the contrary—99.99% of the racists I’ve come across tend to be in poor health, filled with hatred toward themselves and society, suffering from psychological issues, and lacking education. I truly feel sorry for them.

Note: According to the man with the third eye tattoo on his forehead, this restaurant is not for people of color—it’s for white people only.
