Slowest service I have had anywhere. they only take 1 order at a time in the drive thru. The take 1 order, take payment at the window, and complete the order and hand then thier food before they take another order. I have seen them do this several times sonit was not just a 1 time thing because of staffing issues. I pulled right up to the drive thru, only 1 car in the other lane, and 1 car at the window. So only 2 orders ahead of Me. And I had to wait 20 minutes before I even ordered.

Waiting at the drive through for quite some time while others stayed waiting. Then, I went inside to see where my mobile order was going. Four employees were doing nothing but talking among themselves. Still no service. I exploded and left empty handed after paying online.

Pulled in the drive thru at 6pm. It's now 636pm. And still haven't even paid for food yet. Several cars even backed out of the drive thru. Got our food and the chicken nuggets were smaller than a freaking quarter....

Never again will we go here went there at 9:30 last night and they don’t close till 10. Claim they shut down all the fryers and everything cause they had a company come in and clean their fryers but yet they could make chicken and small meat patties? But not the whopper meat patties? What sense does that make? They didn’t even close the store if you don’t have the main thing you sell they close your store! Worst place to ever go to I’ll go to heath before I go to this one again. They guy didn’t even offer to put the smaller patties on our burgers couldn’t make our onion rings or our mozzarella fries, like what the heck, I’ll take my money and my business elsewhere where not professional at all
Sandwich made incorrectly manager told me had a first day new person making sandwich’s on his first day of work told me I could drive back to have it made right I don’t have 40 minutes to wait for my sandwich to be made twice manager said I was rude because I was trying to get it through to her that she needed to train with help and not to throw the person to the wolves
