Just had the new black bean burger. Over cooked, dried, and crumbled. Chopped onions on it rather than slices. Had to ask for condiment. Grilled bun was too soft, not well grilled. Taste....wasn't the best, just ok. Not worth $8.29.

Our family has always been frequent customers at Clays, and every year our tradition is ending there after trick or treat. This year we decided to stop in and eat dinner as trick or treat ended. Added our name to the list and were told it was a 20-30min wait. There was no seating inside so we walked out to the patio to sit. We saw lot of tables getting sat so after 20 mins went in to check the status of our table and was told our name was crossed off the list. Understandably very frustrated after waiting this time outside with 4 children who were convinced they were getting stromboli and icecream, as one of the new owners was standing near by cleaning up the patio and did not say a single word to us as my whole family was told this. Turned a blind eye and pretended to not know or care that this was happening. I expected a lot more out of this establishment, and especially for the owner/s to make this right instead of completely ignoring the situation. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I know the food is good, but unfortunately service and care for your customers is what comes first.
