Great selection...pricey like everywhere else...but waddayagonnado? I just wish they would stop moving stuff around. It's a pain in the booty to always have to walk all over the store to find the same thing every time you go. I wanna grocery shop not play detective.

watch your groceries I clipped digital coupons they did not ring up! milk, strawberries,chips, shampoo etc. going to try to take my receipt in n get fixed but since it was a few days ago probably a no go my fault for not double checking my receipt but I had 3 kids with me and I was stressed and exhausted…Never had this problem in the past but ever since a new manager took over this kroger has been going downhill. Someone from corporate needs to put their foot down. I’ve seen customers treated like crap, they never seem to have much meat anymore I think I’m going to start going to walmart!

Scheduled almost a week in advance for my Covid-19 booster shot and arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. Among other things, they made me, and three others, wait over half an hour because the pharmacist didn't take the vaccine out of the refrigerator. She also confused my last shot date with the expiration date, and said I was ineligible until I pointed out her mistake. How many of these has she done over the past 2 years???? 😡😡😡

Kroger ripped me off at the fuel station. Attendant rang me up for $210.00 in gas when I ordered $21.00. Did not refund my money. Did not put it back on my card. Both managers would not do anything and the last one told me corporate would not let them give me my money back. Sent an email to corporate that they ignored. I’m not done yet!

Don’t spend your money here. The management has driven every element of this store into the ground. The ONLY redeeming quality of this store are the poor workers. Produce is always on the cusp of rotten. Missing regular items all the time. Stopped using click list months ago because I could NEVER get a complete order or an order without outdated items. It’s a disservice to our community.

My click list order (which would have taken me 15 minutes to assemble myself) was 53 minutes late. And wrong. I had to go inside anyway to grab the things they said were not available…..Spoiler alert- they were available and sitting right on the shelves!

Their produce is always rotten, they NEVER have Gatorade or any other item that people want or searching for, and when you do finally get that one item you’re looking for they only have 1 cash register open
Horrible customer service. Employees eating behind the deli counter with customers waiting. Never have anything in stock. Horrible place to shop. I would rather drive to the next town than to deal with this Kroger.

the lines are too long with no register open, the self checkouts are slow because the repeated everyprice of every item the service has gone down since the starbucks went in and they never have items in stock ergo:bread pop ect. ive been shopping at this location sine 2004 and would rather drive to Walmart at this point.
