Just stopped to grab some dinner after a long day. Had to say hello to get the drive thru attention to pick up an order I placed online. Got home, I live close, fries were cold, hard, and stale. Fish sandwich bun literally stuck to the top of the box when I opened it that's how long it had been sitting around. I called in and the manager said it was his fault for not checking the fries.

Incredibly rude drive thru employees. Apparently speaking to customers isn't a given here. My wife ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. One of the pricier items, right? So you'd expect the sandwich made properly. Slapped together, and cold and missing onions. Wish I'd gotten my receipt so I could send a negative review. Do yourself a favor. Go to a newark location.

I have been to this McDonald’s many times, so in a way I have to blame myself. But I think it might be helpful for me to give everybody a heads up before you waste your time at this place when there’s another McDonald’s just down the road. The last four times I’ve been here they have screwed up my order and I’ve had to return to have it corrected. This last time, I had to pick up a double quarter pounder with cheese for my son and one for myself, and as you can see, they screwed that up. But in addition, the burger wasn’t even cooked all the way through and I didn’t notice until my son had already taken two bites out of it. Now I’m on my way back to get it corrected again.

I always order a large iced coffee with no ice ,sugar-free vanilla ,4 splendas and 2 creams. They always make it right. I think I've noticed the daytime manager is really trying hard. I give it a thumbs up.
Waited at the pick up window for close to 15 minutes for a McDouble and a coffee. it sat there in the window as I waited for service. I had to put my car in park. This location is slow and I still didn’t get my order correct. I ordered a Mc double with only mayonnaise and onion and I got a Mc double with only mayonnaise. I hate this store the only thing they seem to get right as ice cream cones. For some reason, my sandwich was wrapped inside out..

I get my coffee there every day, but the last few days the coffee is very weak, not as flavorful as normal. Need to make the coffee stronger and back to where is was.
