Five medium to small pieces of chicken for over $13 doesn’t seem like I want it in terms of food?!

Arrived An Hour Before Close And Was Issued Old Cold Chicken. I Handed It Back & Requested It Fresh. The Cashier Asked The Manager (The Cook) To Drop It Fresh & The Tall Caucasian Female (Maybe “Sarah”) Denied My Request Stating It’s Nearly Closing Time. I Mentioned The Food Was Old/Cold & She Had Absolutely No Respect, No Care, No Consideration, No Hospitality & Most Importantly No Quality Customer Service Or Food. The Restaurant Was Nasty. Tables Dirty, Drink Station Unsanitary (Especially The Tea). I Requested A Refund In Which She Took Her Precious Time To Accommodate w/Attitude. I’ll Never Return Here & Neither Will My Family/Friends/Colleagues. The Manager Seemed Very Over Worked, Overwhelmed & Under Paid. I Wished Her Luck Dropping Chicken For The Next 30Years.

Miserable place. Sign on counter requiring you to use kiosk to order. Signs all over kiosk saying the things they're out of. Kiosk will not print receipt and they can't print one for you apparently. Half the drinks were out. Got the food and the breading was mush.
Sad excuse for a Popeyes.

Everytime we have eaten here, we have gotten sick. Not sure if the food is being stored properly or being made right.

The folks that was working were wonderful

The food at this location is good, but the customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I am an overly friendly person and greet everyone with a smile. The Manager who took our order seemed extremely agitated and was just not friendly or welcoming at all. Maybe some training would help!

Very friendly and sufficient and accommodated me with a special order to drive back to wheeling wva🙂. They also gave me a free drink while I waited and that’s what I call great customer service with a smile thank you❣️. 16pc chicken combo all thighs

Service here is horrible. Order the side of mashed potatoes and didnt come with gravy (ive never had to clarify with gravy here or any other location). Ordered chicken and chicken tenders. Got all chicken tenders.

This place sucks. I ordered online it took an hour I watched 20 or 30 people get their food before me. The hefty looking 30 something woman manager running the show around 5 or 6pm needs fired. I'm used to impoliteness and slow service at Popeyes in Columbus but that manager is the lowest I've seen

Chicken was but very greasy. Biscuits and sides was very cold! As truck drivers we already get price gouged just so we can get a decent meal and we can't even get warm biscuit.

My problem was that the pop machine was broken and they had a lot of business and nobody seemed to fix it you had to walk all the way over to the truck stop to get your pop

After waiting 8 hours to eat I decided I would stop to get some food from Popeye's chicken. That would be the worst mistake I have made and recent History. The chicken was undercooked and staff was doing things that definitely was not professional and questionable. Overheard a conversation with the manager and the oncoming employee. The other employee went to the bathroom and used it and walk right out of the bathroom without washing her hands . Simply gross ! 🤮
