Waited forever to get waited on. Then we were told that two menu items we wanted we’d have to wait on. Got to our truck and my sandwich was COVERED in grease AND mayonnaise. The sandwich was dripping grease out of it. Funny thing about the pickles you’re supposed to get on your sandwich is, I reckon, it just gets thrown in the bag as an afterthought and it’s covered in mayonnaise too. The sandwich was handed to my husband and in less than 6 minutes it was a pitiful soggy mess. I tried to salvage the extremely small piece of chicken from the mess he was sent out the door with but it was so greasy and the breading that was left on it was so gross and waterlogged so I just couldn’t eat it. I took my napkin and tried to scrap it off because I was hungry and I was already on the road so I just trashed the whole mess. We are on a time limit so we couldn’t turn around. It was almost $9 and I can’t for the life of me understand how they could have sold it to someone in good faith after they paid $9 for a mayonnaise grease dripping covered small tender (it’s not a piece of chicken big enough for a sandwich) and two greasy pieces of bread. I love Popeyes but I’ll never eat at this restaurant again.PS clean your dining room. Fix your tea station. Clean up your condiments area. Everything is covered in something. Must be how y’all do everything in your store.

I'm over this place. Looks like you cut our tenders vertically in half. You sell a 16pc tender but these things are TINY! No problem charging a lot of money though. I've given a few chances over the past year but I will not waste my money here anymore. I am so annoyed how you can serve us a 16pc tender that is more like an 8pc. Plus charge us 60$. This place lost my service today! Not to mention some of the tenders looked like they were double dipped in the fryer to reheat them. Disgusting!!This isn't the first time this has happened otherwise I'd accept that it was a busy day, or a one-time issue. I love popeyes, so this is so unfortunate. I can't justify paying that much money for these tiny, subpar tenders.I have pictures as well. This is unacceptable and unfortunate.

Look, I love Popeye's chicken. I drive out of my way to get Popeye's but this location is trash. While waiting, and I'm always waiting here, you can see that the floor in the back kitchen area is filthy and it's rare to see them use gloves when preparing meals. Now, about the waiting part, I live 15 min away so I order using the mobile app as I'm leaving my house thinking my order should be prepared and ready for pickup when I arrive. Oh no, last three times I have done this my order was not ready. I had to ask someone behind the counter and only then did they look up my order and prepare it. Meanwhile, several customers came in, ordered at the counter and received their food before I did. Only giving three stars because food is still tasty but service is awful.

Total truck stop food...eat at your own risk...my chicken was cold, not fresh.... asked for barbecue sauce, midget woman did not listen and gave the wrong sauce...paid for a combo meal but DID NOT GET IT...just chicken and a biscuit, no side... literally looked her in the eye and said what I wanted and it had to of went in one ear and out the other and never stopped by the brain ... dissatisfied... won't be back here to eat...???

It's a totally cromulent, serviceable popeyes joint.The food is just as good as other popeyes locations, so that meets the mark.However, they have no drive thru, and also their card reader can't take popeyes gift cards as of february, so that kinda stinks.They have fresh chicken until 9 pm, which I once ordered after 9 and got kinda stale wings. That's what I get for choosing fast food so close to closing time.It's right next to (just walk 8ft to your right) a sbarro pizza, in case you'd rather have pizza, or a Stromboli with your wings. They close at the same time.

We love Popeye's but this location is priced very high, the service is slow, we waited 25 minutes to get our meal. There is an elderly lady there that clearly hates her job, and gets the order wrong every time, always gives us classic chicken and we order spicy. Last visit I stood and watched, when she reached for the regular I firmly said Spicy was what we ordered. She looked annoyed but we did get spicy but I shouldn't have to direct her. This is the only location near us, SO we keep returning.

Would not recommend this location for a handful of reasons. Nasty environment, majority of the staff isn’t clean and don’t wear proper gloves during food preparation. I watched a meth head make me a chicken sandwich and they used their bare fingers to grab everything to prepare it. Chicken patty, bun, pickles and all. Would hate to see what goes on outside of customer viewing.Also a really bad choice if you are mobile ordering, rarely do they allow you to even redeem points for item’s because Popeyes as a chain allows each location to opt in for points on their app or not for said location. They even have advertising all over the place for it inside but will just removed the ability to get anything at their store. Scummy place, scummy staff, close everything on this interstate honestly and re-do it. It’s sad and vile.

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. You actually had to ask them to clean a table so you can sit down & eat. Then no one seem to make any sense on what table to clean first but to start cleaning at another restaurant table on the opposite side of the restaurant they work at. So now we can’t or don’t know how to wash a table so the employee washes the table but leaves it fully wet where you would either have to dry the table off yourself or sit & eat at a wet table ?I swear, what do these people do at their homes? Their housekeeping skills are terrible, disrespectful & inconsiderate.
