I am currently at the Sbarro store # 04738 located at 10679 Lancaster Rd., Hebron, OH 43025. I was waited on by a gentleman named Vic who was very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni pizza which was no big deal (we also ordered other items), we said we’d wait on it as a part of our order. I went to pay a lady who I presume is named Michelle (my receipt lists “Michelle” as the host; she didn’t have a name tag on, just a plain black, non-Sbarro shirt; she was an older lady with grey hair, a fuller build, & around 5 ft tall—sorry for the physical description, I don’t know what her name is so that’s what I got) who was BEYOND rude to the point my younger daughter even noticed. She then proceeded to go over to Vic to say that “she (referring to me) has about one more time to be rude to me today because I ain’t the one.” Then when we sat to wait on the pepperoni pizza, she proceeded to speak to Vic very loudly about me. I’m baffled by the fact the person being rude to me was calling me rude & by the egregious customer service experience. After I went to ask the gentleman his name, I thanked him for being polite & let him know I would be contacting someone about my experience. When I walked away, he let the rude lady know & she loudly laughed & remark that “it probably won’t be the last time.” Instances like this should not be occurring. The food was fine.

Employee was nice but what I had was not sbarros pizza, Tasted nothing like it and was really bad. Corporate should take a look at this location.

We order a whole cheese pizza today. The staff was nice. The place was clean. The time to get pizza was as the staff estimated. All good

I travel for work and anytime I see a sbarro I will get a slice. Had three different people complaining on the size of their slice. Was literally half the size of the pizza container. Which I have never seen. whomever is cutting the pizza needs to be taught how ?♂️ worst sbarro I have ever been to

Another total disappointment. But what sabarros isn't. Don't come to this establishment after 7pm. Pizza was OVER PRICED overcooked and burnt and the employees had the nerve to laugh and say "Its ok that it's a lil crispy" HURRY UP and go out of business like the rest of the sabarros in the Midwest.

I 100% to not recommend anyone working or even eating here. The manager doesn’t clean properly worked there about 2 weeks , they refuse to satisfy customers & I tried getting things in order when the manager tells me to leave they’re unsanitary they don’t care & never clean. Their own workers & even Popeyes beside them barely eat there because it’s HORRID .

I have loved this pizza for many many years....I was unable to eat it for several years...but last night I was able to get some. The employee was very nice! The pizza was terrible. $21 for 4 slices and we ended up throwing it in the trash. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Nice place. Staff was very friendly.
What happened to this locations quality? It now has a wild amount of cheese, huge thick crust taking up 35% of each slice, super thin dough under cooked somehow and a little bit of sauce…. ?. Also served to us cold. Two separate kinds of pizza where the same way unfortunately.I usually love this place.. please fix it
After barely walking up to the counter the associate yelled they were closed! (6 minutes before closing) I asked what she was about to do with the pizza and she said box it up and give it to associates. All I wanted was 1 slice of pepperoni that I could've paid for and heated it up myself. After walking back and taking pictures of the signs because Google hours are wrong I asked her what her name was. Why? She asked. I told her because I'm going to talk to corporate. She told me she was off the clock and she didn't have to give it to me (while boxing up all the pizza and cleaning up). So I guess working for free is what she does too. Interesting. It's sad that NO ONE cares if truck drivers eat or not.
