Bacon sausage pepperoni Stromboli is superb stop in every time I’m in Hebron
Despite the mixed reviews, my food was absolutely delicious! It was real restaurant quality. I know football coach José Mourinho is a big pizza fan, And guess what? I had the same pizza dinner & coca cola as José Mourinho! 🥳
Food looked amazing, not too thrilled on customer service. After waiting 10 minutes for them to rewarm some rubber pizza, I get on the road and notice the taste of burnt ick. I can't describe it really. I do have the slice still and can update numerous pictures
Should be some kind of health code violation for dude with the long beard down to his chest. He standing stroking his beard near the food.
The cheese tasty terrible dont order cheese pizza
I used to love Sbarro pizza when they were in the malls. I have stopped at this location twice over the last few years. Never again. It is by far the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. $6 for a slice and It’s dry, little to no sauce, too salty, and crust so stale it’s like eating a cracker you found under the refrigerator. Do yourself a favor and buy the cut right gas station pizza down the street!
The quality at this location is horrible now adays and the staff wouldn't sell a whole pizza. Instead wanted me to take the old reheated individual slices
My favorite place to stop and grab food as I travel in and out of town
I am currently at the Sbarro store # 04738 located at 10679 Lancaster Rd., Hebron, OH 43025. I was waited on by a gentleman named Vic who was very nice & polite. They were out of pepperoni pizza which was no big deal (we also ordered other items), we said we’d wait on it as a part of our order. I went to pay a lady who I presume is named Michelle (my receipt lists “Michelle” as the host; she didn’t have a name tag on, just a plain black, non-Sbarro shirt; she was an older lady with grey hair, a fuller build, & around 5 ft tall—sorry for the physical description, I don’t know what her name is so that’s what I got) who was BEYOND rude to the point my younger daughter even noticed. She then proceeded to go over to Vic to say that “she (referring to me) has about one more time to be rude to me today because I ain’t the one.” Then when we sat to wait on the pepperoni pizza, she proceeded to speak to Vic very loudly about me. I’m baffled by the fact the person being rude to me was calling me rude & by the egregious customer service experience. After I went to ask the gentleman his name, I thanked him for being polite & let him know I would be contacting someone about my experience. When I walked away, he let the rude lady know & she loudly laughed & remark that “it probably won’t be the last time.” Instances like this should not be occurring. The food was fine.

We order a whole cheese pizza today. The staff was nice. The place was clean. The time to get pizza was as the staff estimated. All good

I travel for work and anytime I see a sbarro I will get a slice. Had three different people complaining on the size of their slice. Was literally half the size of the pizza container. Which I have never seen. whomever is cutting the pizza needs to be taught how ?♂️ worst sbarro I have ever been to

Another total disappointment. But what sabarros isn't. Don't come to this establishment after 7pm. Pizza was OVER PRICED overcooked and burnt and the employees had the nerve to laugh and say "Its ok that it's a lil crispy" HURRY UP and go out of business like the rest of the sabarros in the Midwest.
