I love sbarro every time everywhere but ar this place urworker alexsis she is too rude and try to make me fool i ordered the large roasted potatoes then they said we have not enough quantity for large and then they put more potatoes in oven and alexis she knows very well this situation but after 5 min she come she put little bit potatoes in large box and than i said doesn’t need large she put that all potatoes in small box it means clearly she trying to charge me more

Just bought a whole pizza.. for $26! I expected to see the dough and to my view there was a pre-made pizza that already went thru the oven sitting on a pizza rack. Instead of making my pizza from a ball of dough I was given a pre-heated pizza that was there for who knows how long. If they serve that to customers they would surely don’t care if I had said something. Just don’t buy from them.

Idk what is about Ohio residents but they simply do not understand the SBAARO brand of pizza. Dough was wrong cheese was wrong all it was just flat out wrong smh. I think this the last time I buy SBAARO in Ohio. This was public school cafeteria pizza

I’m pretty sure I had a newbie make my whole pizza as all the dough was moved to the crust, I barely tasted any marinara sauce (he could have forgot to add it on as I didn’t see any red sauce on my slice). When I went to grab my pizza slice the center dough was SO THIN it broke off halfway down my pizza and was stuck to the box. This TA gas station Sbarro is punishing you for ordering an ENTIRE WHOLE pizza instead of just 1 slice. I promise you, do not get a whole pizza ever - only the slices you can SEE when ordering because they will screw you over to ensure you ONLY order by the slice from here on forward. They DO NOT want to make an entire pizza for you EVER and this is the THIRD time this has happened so I am not giving them anymore of my money unless I see the slice of pizza. Just look at how thick the crust is! Just buy a slice to avoid the disappointment at TA travel center Sbarro. Very sad 3/10 pizza if you buy a whole pizza - BUY SLICES YOU CAN SEE *ONLY* AT THIS LOCATION

Despite the mixed reviews, my food was absolutely delicious! It was real restaurant quality. I know football coach José Mourinho is a big pizza fan, And guess what? I had the same pizza dinner & coca cola as José Mourinho! 🥳

Food looked amazing, not too thrilled on customer service. After waiting 10 minutes for them to rewarm some rubber pizza, I get on the road and notice the taste of burnt ick. I can't describe it really. I do have the slice still and can update numerous pictures

Should be some kind of health code violation for dude with the long beard down to his chest. He standing stroking his beard near the food.
