I spent most of the transaction and while the barista made my coffee talking about how I don’t want whipped cream how I should be asked they even asked me if I wanted it, and I thanked them for asking, and they still gave it to me. I got a Matcha Frappuccino. It was awful. The only thing that made it. Matcha was the color. The taste was like ice.

4:30 pm and they are closed. Why? You had the best workers and fired them, brought in others from other stores and it's been closed various times throughout the day.
I used to love coming in here and seeing the staff, but that group has moved on, and it hasn't been the same since. They never have a cold brew and really need to have more staff. Take the extra time if you can and head to Heath to the stand-alone store, or if you're headed to Columbus for work - stop at the one in Etna.

My husband ordered three Venti hot coffees with cream. He came home. There was only two that add cream the third one did not have any cream. So I called Starbucks and told her that only two had cream and not the third one. She told me that my husband should check her work to make sure it’s correct and I told her that’s not necessary. She should do her job right in the first place and she hung up on me..
