I used to love coming in here and seeing the staff, but that group has moved on, and it hasn't been the same since. They never have a cold brew and really need to have more staff. Take the extra time if you can and head to Heath to the stand-alone store, or if you're headed to Columbus for work - stop at the one in Etna.

My husband ordered three Venti hot coffees with cream. He came home. There was only two that add cream the third one did not have any cream. So I called Starbucks and told her that only two had cream and not the third one. She told me that my husband should check her work to make sure it’s correct and I told her that’s not necessary. She should do her job right in the first place and she hung up on me..

I went in here and asked for coffee but was told i had to go to a different register to get the coffee and there are 12 different registers in the store or something like that how would i be able to figure out which one serves the coffee. I think it is too confusing!

Stopped whilst on a road trip, and was quite drowsy. I asked the two cashiers for something highly caffeinated and slightly sweet. They chose to make a concoction that tasted amazing and kept me awake my final two hours. Fast, friendly, and competent. And only about a mile from I-70. Located in a Kroger, so no drive-thru.
