Stopped by on my way home to get a sandwich. Should have waited apparently. The girl working made my sub on the wrong bun and instead of remaking it, tore my sub apart to put it on the correct bun. So now I have an untoasted bun, with soggy meat and cheese. Took one bite and contemplated throwing it away. Tried to warm it up when I got home, and now it tastes like it's three days old. Into the trash it goes. Waste of money. Next time when a customer asks you to remake it, you should remake the sub instead of half assing your job. She was maybe 5'4 with brown hair in a ponytail. Won't be stopping by again.

They didn't have part of my order when I picked it up, which is fine but they did not refund my money. When I called them about 6 times they kept hanging up. I will be going to the hebron ohio location ever again. I don't recommend this location at all

This subway won’t honor the coupons that subway franchise puts out. Go to a different one of the other half dozen around. Maybe if they lose their business they will start to honor as a franchise

Bread was flat and floppy. Directions on building the sandwich were not followed. Did not put sauce on the sandwich. This is the second subway in this area that was absolutely terrible. Like when I ask for extra onion only getting 2 on my sandwich is pitiful. Whoever is working should have their hours cut. Whoever prepped the bread should be fired. Absolutely a disappointment.
