Angel is a great server. He always remembers what we are going to order. He is so friendly greats you with a smile. He always comes back to see if the food is good. I gave 4 starts to service because of Angel.

Atmosphere is same as the usual resturants. The waitress was rude and impatient even though it was not busy (only one other table with 2 people) and the food was eh. I have eaten at other Casa Grande's and have always had a positive experience. Not at this location and would not go back.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Ordered unsweetened tea with lemon on the side = she brought me a water. Had 2 toddlers asked about regular lemonade = got pink lemonade in huge cup. Asked about Mt.Dew, she pointed out the drink section that said coke products, so got Coke and sprite only to see another customer get a Mt. Dew. Never checked on us to refill salsa. It was like pulling teeth to get waitress to talk. First time there and not impressed. Service was awful. Food was good. It's to bad because service means alot.

Came in and there was only 3 other tables and it took 10 minutes to get ANY service! Then took almost 30 minutes to get food. By the time we left with our food to go because we were not hungry anymore. We had no refills 1 chip refill and multiple tables haven't been helped AT ALL!!! We used to love this place but WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER AGAIN

They got my husbands order wrong twice, didn't bring us new drinks. We ended up having to grab our own to go boxes and waited a half hour to check out.

The bartender /matre' dee was very friendly and looked very professional. Marcus is my favorite. He reminds me of someone I know... ?? Oh I remember now, because he's my brother!!

First timer..won’t b back. Ordered grilled chicken taco that was so disappointing. Dry chicken chunks and a shell. No toppings. Ground beef burrito has no flavor except for lots of salt.. yuck!

They changed there rice to a very bland and bad tasting rice. I had to send my food back after taking a bite. Nothing was resolved after I sent my food back and still was charged full price. No complaints on paying my bill, but I DO NOT recommend trying this place nor will I be back again.

Great menu, and so far everything I've had was delicious. It's a bit overpriced but worth it considering the location.

The bill was 10.50. I gave 21 in hopes of getting 10 back. My waitress with pink in her hair didn't return. I had to flag down someone else to get my change. When lady with pink returned she asked how much I gave, I said 21, she responded 20 and walked away. So she was very generous with her own tip.

The food did not seem fresh, chicken tacos seemed reheated. The chips were stale, the salsa was awful.

We ordered 3 different combo platters, all with beans and rice. None of the orders were correct. Also, it would help to mark the dinners. What we did get was pretty good, but portions are not the same as in the restaurant. Kinda pricy for what we received, especially when orders were not correct.
