I’m so glad Fat Pig Smokehouse has come to Hicksville. We have had an empty spot since the latest owner drove Dairy D into the ground. Fat Pig serves uh-mazing smoked meats at a great price. One of the first times we ordered food they were out of sides and we ordered the loaded potato. Fyi- it’s not a side it’s a huge potato stuffed with meat, cheese, sour cream you name it! The gentlemen gave us two since he was out of the sides we wanted. Very impressed. Great food. Great customer service. Great family.💯🫶

Best BBQ in the area, and excellent service! Highly recommend the teriyaki bites and pulled pork mac and cheese. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious.
It was ok. Ordered pork and Mac n cheese and wasn’t too impressed. You’d think for $10 it would be a pretty hefty portion… Nope it wasn’t at all. It was a normal single sized sandwich box but the pork was kinda dry. Very pricy but if I had to eat I would eat it. But a plus is that the workers were kind and friendly.
