This location has 2 kiosks to order from and I was the only person I saw use one while everyone else ordered the original way at the front counter. My order was ready pretty quickly and there were plenty of seating options inside. I'm still trying to eat the rest of my free McDonald's Monopoly items so I ordered a couple of those and enjoyed. The restaurant was pretty clean and I had no issues to speak of. This restaurant is located right next to downtown Hicksville...
Addie is amazing and her customer service is 20/10, she is very friendly and makes us feel welcome and included. Her work ethic is beyond that of a $20/hr employee and she deserves a raise.
Drive thru is ridiculous slow. And thought it was slow, but it has gotten slower. 20 minutes to go through drive thru is outrageous. Once you do get your food it's typical McDonald's food.
They need to get the lead out and improve. I had to wait over 5 minutes after I got the food to get the coffee. This is a management Problem. No need to say any to window person.
