Drive thru is ridiculous slow. And thought it was slow, but it has gotten slower. 20 minutes to go through drive thru is outrageous. Once you do get your food it's typical McDonald's food.
They need to get the lead out and improve. I had to wait over 5 minutes after I got the food to get the coffee. This is a management Problem. No need to say any to window person.

Best experience with a McDonalds I’ve ever had went to get some late night grub we had to wait on hot fries they came out salty and hot like the most perfect fry ever and the lady serving us put in a 6 piece nugget for the wait if I had cash she deserved a tip!
