My Coca-Cola was warm, only ice had been added... I complained to the waitress. She asked if I'd like another drink, but I asked her to confirm if it would be cold this time. After a few minutes, I questioned her about my cold drink, her response was: I can't control the temperature of soda. There are several restaurants in the area with better service and cold drinks. I will definitely not return to this place.

Went there for lunch for the first time. Excellent service from Chloë! Burgers are excellent and the menu is pretty varied. Lots of seating (outside also). Lots of parking spots available. Multiple TV screens for all sports. Will definitely return! Highly Recommend!

I was visiting in Cleveland and stopped here for a quick bite. The food was very good surprisingly for a sports bar. They have a salmon wrap that was excellent. My server was friendly and whoever is cooking needs a raise because our food was the best and he came out to check on us to make sure our food was good. He was a young black make I think his name was Jared. Anyhow, he made the experience even better. 😍✔️💯

Bartender was nice, food tasted decent. Poor review was because the bar was sticky, the salt and pepper shakers were filthy, and the mustard bottle had mold under the cap. Needs a deep cleaning for sure

Order burgers,waiter comes,no pen..thinks he has a photographic memory..he does but it just won't develope! Gave 2 burger orders. Ours and 1 other table in the place. 330 in the afternoon. 30min for the burgers,let alone not made right either! called them over,said not right, don't reader im not waiting another half hr for a burger..they need to get the bugs out and need good help ( especially in the kitchen) before i go back..IF I go back. Not the 1st time with shitty service either. I'm done with them. Hecks..here I come!

Went eat dinner after work on Sunday 9/15. Was told by the blonde bar tender at 6:47 that they were no longer seating for dine in. That the Browns game was early and they were about to close. This was my 3rd time going to this restaurant because I like the food. The manager even fixed the leg on the patio the last time we ate there. I’ve had the same bar tender every time. She’s not friendly I’ve gone out of my way to be very kind and she’s still rude. If the sign on the door says open until 8pm. It shouldn’t matter what time the Browns game is. I could see if she said short staffed. They’re sure to lose business with that type of service. Disappointed

This was my second time at this restaurant. I came back because the food was good. My husband felt the atmosphere was unwelcoming the first time and I thought he was being harsh. Unfortunately when we visited today it was very clear that we were not wanted. My husband and I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge that we would like to be seated and 2 staff looked over and kept walking without even a word of acknowledgement.
After waiting we chose to leave because we don’t have to spend our money where we are not wanted. After leaving we called from the car to speak with the manager who was rude and actually hung up on us when my husband accused the staff of being racist. As the manager, if a customer is giving you feedback hanging up on them is not the way to stay in business. Later my husband wrote a review and the manager again responded in poor taste. It’s unfortunate we have to no longer visit this place. We will be sure to inform everyone we know the manager/owner does not respect his customers.

So today, my wife and I wanted to go to this spot to eat dinner. Well when we went in , we did as the sign read and that was wait to be seated. Not one but two different waitresses looked over and seen us and said NOTHING! At this time after waiting about 5 minutes , I told my we're leavening. She was in agreement. While on our way to another place to eat , my wife called the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager. After a brief wait , I'm guessing this was the manager who came to the phone and asked what could he do for us. My wife began to explain what all went down and then I said. Is this how you treat a customer? That seemed to be racist. So instead of the man on the other end trying to atleast asure us that it wasn't racist , he said. O. Racist and then hung up on us. I'll never go to this spot again.
So in responding to the manager's reply. If we had stood there only a minute and if I had seen these so called 8 pitchers I would gladly apologize. But you have fabricated the situation to
justify your waitress actions.
