I experienced Great Customer Service at The Beyond Juicery + Eatery Restaurant located in Highland Heights. Johann was very professional and accommodating to my specifications. The food was excellent.

I had a great experience with my order today! I ordered on my phone (always so easy and convenient!) and picked up in the Highland Heights OH store. The employee (name unknown unfortunately!) greeted me with a smile and told me how he put his all into my spiced pineapple revive smoothie! I could definitely tell! Not only to did look pretty but it tasted so good! I’ve ordered many other spiced pineapple smoothies and this one was the best!! The perfect amount of fruit and coconut! Keep it up HH Beyond Juicery! I’ll definitely visit again!

Recommended dishes: Avocado Turkey Wrap

I spent $44 on some turkey wraps tonight for my family. You would think I ordered a tortilla only with nothing in it. These wraps were horribly made tonight and I’m upset I spent all that money on nothing. I’m a loyal customer and this was ridiculous. Do better please. People don’t have money to throw away.

I ordered a Dijon Turkey Wrap, when I got it back to work I realized that there was no turkey at all in the wrap.

When I call to let them know, they seem like they knew what they had done and I couldn't even get my money back or my food. That was some BS.

Damn, is it really that deep that Beyond has to stiff people on the food and try to cover it up by stuffing a lot of veggies in the wrap!

Staff is nice. Every time I get a salad from here the top of the salad looks fine but the lettuce is always brown underneath. Once or twice is fine but the last 5 salads I’ve gotten have brown lettuce!! Please resolve ?? love coming here…
